Distinctive Countertops LLC is an unprofessional business. Do not use this business. You will be sorry and disappointed. Beware if your home is not up to their standards or not in pristine condition they will cancel your installation with no explanation! This recently happened to us with this business and we are very disappointed. We have worked with many other businesses updating our home and this has never happened to us before now. They have not returned our phone calls.

The whole process was amazing. The measurement appointment went smooth and there was always great communication with the office lady and the technician on site. Today the installation was finalized and the technicians were great! Thank you John and Angel. My new counters look amazing and you guys are amazing. You guys took the time to explain how the installation would be done and how to maintain my new countertops. You both answered all my questions and were very professional. Thank you so much!

I believe Lowe's products and pricings are reasonable and I have enjoyed it over the years. However their installation service is one of the poorest I have ever seen. The contractors, Distinctive Countertops LLC, are very disorganized, unprofessional, and unreliable. Also they don't care the least bit about the customers.
I have spent thousands of dollars for the purchase of kitchen countertops from them and it has been one excuse after another for them to install. I made the purchase on April 28 and I still don't have a kitchen. Waiting on them, I have to be eating out daily which proved to be most costly. I contacted my LOWE"S sales rep and despite he and others trying to get Distinctive Countertops to take care of my situation soon, they prove not to care one hoot. I am still waiting on them as of July 16.
I earnestly advise everyone, DON'T EVER USE LOWE'S INSTALLATION SERVICES!!! Its far better getting your own contractor.

I am a retired kitchen designer with many years of experience. I used Brian of Distinctive Countertops for years for all my countertop needs. I rate them top shelf. He and his crew always did such professional work. They always with very few exceptions delivered and installed on time, and to perfection. They handled from the largest of jobs, as well to the smallest, with the same care and customer satisfaction.

Seriously wish there were more stars, from the moment that Thea called us I knew we were in great hands. The gentleman John who came out to measure our counters, to the crew who installed our counters all of them were polite, professional and took pride in their work. My husband and I are so thrilled with the way the counters look. Thank you all for caring to create such a beautiful countertop, thank you for working with us -it was a true pleasure ! Ordered new cabinets and a countertop through Lowes and they used Distinctive for the install. From creating a template to installation these guys are pros. Plus they clean up after themselves. Lowes doesn't mess around nor should you. Highly recommended.
