We were in the middle of planning an addition for house, when the architect paused due to questionable setback and boundary lines depicted on existing plot map. I called John and he came out the same day to start the project. John continued the process over the weekend and wrapped up the survey (placed missing stake) and provided updated site map (presented us 3 copies) well under a week. John was prompt, thorough and explained things we weren't sure of. Overall a great experience and process. John was knowledgable, provided great service at a very fair price.

After looking for an engineer or land surveyor for three months and not getting someone who was reasonable or actually did what they said they would do I found John J Stankus & Associates.

John is amazing! If I had one word to describe him it would be integrity. I found him by searching on Google. He listened to the situation I was having at my house and was able to give me a a reasonable price. He came by a few times every week doing what he needed to and was very sufficient.

When he finished he showed me the maps with all the elevations for my project and went over everything with me. John was also training his grandson who I must say will be just as good as John if not better. Any future projects I have I will definitely be calling John J Stankus & Associates as well as recommended them.

John does fantastic work from start to finish. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily and he arrived bright and early ready to get the job done. He delivered my property drawings quickly and explained everything to me. I was very impressed. I asked him to come back again to add more measurements to the drawings after a neighbor threatened to remove the property pins that were placed in a line dispute. Again each time John arrived he got the job done and delivered additional sets of drawings to me very promptly. He was also able to deal with my neighbor professionally and some yard overgrowth. His prices are more than fair and I trust his years of experience. I would highly, highly recommend John and would absolutely use his services again in the future if I need to.
