Actualmente no se lo recomendaría a nadie. Nunca habíamos tenido inconvenientes pero de un tiempito para acá han estado haciendo las cosas como al revés y tan mal, incluyendo también a los trabajadores de la oficina. De el "parking" ni se diga. Ahora nadie te puede visitar ni tan siquiera media hora porque ya la grúa está queriendo llevarse los carros, y ¿si es una emergencia que las personas tienen y vienen a buscarlos? O ¿una visita que viene de lejos para poder ver a sus familiares un momento? O como por ejemplo como lo que me sucedió a mi hace unos meses atrás que tuve que hacer na carta al "grande" ya que el padre de mi hija viene de otro estado a verla y le quisieron a las malas llevar su carro ya es mucho con ustedes y el día de hoy hubo otra situación con otras personas vecinos de alfrente de el apt mío que vinieron a visitar a la nieta y el de la grúa les quería llevar su guagua por que no tenia el ticket pero tampoco había parking libre para ellos poder parquear su guagua y el solo decía "estoy haciendo mi trabajo", si su trabajo sacarle dinero a esa pobre señora y lo logró. A muchas personas incluyéndome a mí, nos han DECEPCIONADO pero bastante por eso les doy la más baja de las calificaciones. Lo único que les digo a esas personas que tienen pensado en vivir aquí primero "averiguen" donde es que van a vivir antes de tomar una decisión ya que podría ser la peor que tomen.

Me Lleve Una Decepción Muy Horrible..Nunca Tuve Problemas Con Ellos Y Llevando 15años Como Residente,Hasta Q Entro Una Supervisora Nueva..Fueron Hacer Inspección En Mi Apt Y Salieron Cobrandome Las Alarmas De Fuegos Disque No Estaban Puestas Y Eso Era Mentira..Tambien Fui A Dar Reclamos Para El Apt Y Nada Hacían..Hiban A Solucionar Daños En El Hogar Y Lo Dejaban Peor..No Se Los Recomiendo Xq Lo Q Hacen Ahora Es Robar Dinero Y Decepcionar A Los Residentes.

I’ve been living here at the heights for a long time now and it’s ok to live at but the office people are not kind at all, the service they’re supposed to give you like replacing things for you like they’re job is supposed is never done! It’s not worth living here at the heights the rent is outrageously high, and the office people do not get along with Puerto Ricans at all they’re really racist to us!! I highly recommend to not move in to these apartments!

I don’t even know where to start . Came in to talk about an apartment. First thing the lady said when I walked in was why I was applying. Kinda felt the vibe of rip of how this appointment was going to go. She then continued to go and and say things like I have nothing to show for , asking me things as if she knew me for 10+ plus years or something mind you I had my 1 year old daughter with me who at first was doing okay but as the lady continued to be very disrespectful my daughter was not feeling the vibe she was scared . I felt very much attached, disrespected, judge , the last thing that came out her mouth was well you moved around a lot like she knew where I came from then proceeded to say I’m not going take you off the way list like that was going change anything every little disrespectful thing that came out her mouth. I’ve never in my life seen someone who way older than me go on about something or be so hostile about two people just trying get on their feet . I feel like these people are supposed to be here to help and that’s not what I got I got disrespected the absolutely most , I’m front of my daughter I very much hope she losing her job . I did end up walking out before things got very worse . There was also another lady behind her who may or may not agree on what was said in that room but I feel like coming off to strangers the way that lady did she is completely miserable and misery loves company ! I wont get to much deeper into thing she said but SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!

These people are money hungry. They give you an apartment with already broken appliances then once you move out they charge you for the things being "broken" I had to pay for a stove that had one burner not working they claimed that's not how they gave it to me. So much for an apartment complex that is suppose to "help people". They raise rent whenever they think you are making too much. This is the absolute WORSE apartment complex ever. People have dogs and do not get in trouble if they pay a little extra under the table. The recepcienist are rude and talk on the phones as long as they want until they feel like taking care of you. Horrible horrible horrible.

Absolutely Horrible. I have dealt with them in the past with no issues. Ever since Vesta took over it's been horrible. I went to the office to ask a simple question and was treated like absolute garbage. Vesta's reputation for horrible service continues! highly advise looking elsewhere for an apartment

Came for a 45 minute session with a child and durring that time my car was towed. I looked for marking indicating i could not park there and there was none. I would not advise going to this place even as a visitor
