We rented the same condo two years in a row (and already booked next year) because of the location. Sea colony is wonderful! Wilgus is easy to work with and always responsive. Our only complaint (both years) was the cleanliness of the condo. I addressed it with Wilgus and they let us know the property owners have their own cleaning crew. Last year, there was a bottle of tobacco spit under the bed (with lots of dust bunnies). This year, under the beds were just gross, with hair ties jewelry sand and lots of dirt/dust. I hope they address this with their cleaning crew bec we pay almost $5k for the weekly rental and we really love the place. Other than that, Sea Colony is kept beautiful and we love all the amenities and tennis courts.

We were very happy renters with Wilgus for 20 years and are now homeowners in South Bethany, continuing (very happily!) with Wilgus for our property management.

The Wilgus staff are responsive and thorough, and a real pleasure to work with. Our house was fully rented by our second summer and the Wilgus team has worked closely with us to make that happen.

We have rented the property at 105 Central Blvd. for years. Always a pleasure for my husband, myself, our two daughters, our son-in-law and two grandchildren. Lots of space and the Grays have thought of everything to make our stay so enjoyable! Also a pleasure dealing with Wilgus. Friendly staff and always available to help with any questions. Looking forward to next year!

We had a wonderful week with my grandchildren, family members and friends. The layout of the house allowed the children and parents to stay on the second level, while the older members resided on the first floor. There was ample living space for all 10 of us to spread out in comfort.

Reached out for homeowners insurance for a newly purchased home. They didn’t communicate with me that the company denied me insurance and let me go almost an entire week after closing with NO coverage.

When I called and asked where the binder docs were I got a seriously grumpy broker telling me it was my fault.

Thank god I reached out to ask why they held back sending me the documents.

We have rented from Wilgus for years. They are easy to deal with and always available with any question or concern. They are conveniently located even with a drive up window. The home we rent always exceeds our expectations in cleanliness and accommodations. We love the little extras like a starter set of paper and soap products. Thanks for another great year.

We have been using Wilgus Assoc and their team since we have been coming to Bethany Beach for a decade ! They do a well run rentals operation and respond quickly on any issues you may have regarding your rental . We will keep using them every time we book for the summer ! The one star is for the property not for Wilgus Assoc. The property was not ready for renters in our opinion. We were told we were the first renters of the seasons and it was the middle of July. The house was dirty, it required a good, thorough cleaning!! There were cob webs under every chair, and every corner of the house. After vacuuming and making the house somewhat comfortable for our 2week stay, I purchased an air freshener for the foyer area for the smell. Can't forget the inappropriate wallpaper in the one bathroom, not suitable for young children, or the grave yard of tomb stones being use as a patio!!! Maybe if there was an explanation in the home!! The landscaping is unkept and needs some work. This could be a really cozy place with a little TLC.
