Absolutely rude and unprofessional.

We contracted this couple to make blueprints for our residence. They did the first set, though dealing with them was never easy. They didn't return phone calls. It was a struggle to make appointments. The process was longer than it needed to be. (They cited illnesses in their family as excuses. Lies, I'm now sure.)

Getting the second set of blueprints, the ones construction companies need to make estimates, was a nightmare. For eleven months we called and got no response. ELEVEN MONTHS. Shame on us for sticking with them for that long. We liked them...we even worried about them.

Finally I get through and Mr. Whitacker accidentally answers my phone call. He is unpleasantly surprised to hear from me. He has the gall to tell me they are choosing to no longer do residential blueprints. They don't want to finish our project. I'm out of luck. Don't bother him. He's cold and unfriendly. I point out the eleven months, the multiple unreturned phone calls. He doesn't care. He washed his hands of us and simply decided never to tell us.

We had an agreement, we paid him hundreds of dollars for the first set, and now we're stuck with a useless set of blueprints. Completely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them for any work, commercial or otherwise. They are unprincipled. They showed a complete a lack of respect and courtesy to us, their clients. We may be small fish and they may think they're too good for us, BUT A RETURN PHONE CALL DURING ALL THOSE MONTHS WOULD NOT HAVE HURT THEM. They simply chose to ignore us and leave us hanging.

I was raised to honor my commitments and to follow through when I say I will. Obviously these people were not. What they did to us was unethical and I hope you will think twice about using them.
