Never had issues paying my bill. My issue is the water it self. The taste is as close to a smell of a pond as u can get. The summer months is the worst. We have to buy bottle water to drink most of the county does. Our water bill should reflect the cost of the quality of water
Stop adding Fluoride to our drinking water.
Fluoride is a by-product that is harmful and is documented to be a health concern. FDA has admitted it lowers IQ in children. All European countries have stopped putting Fluoride in drinking water and some states are now looking into it.
I urge my community leaders to look into the latest NIH reports on the matter.

This is the worst service I've ever seen. Our water pressure is almost zero, it just dribbles, this has been going on for years and never gets any better. If I could rain it below zero I would. Do they ever pick their phone up? My mom called them a few days in a row off and on all day and no one ever picks up. Does anyone actually work here? My mom can’t pay online as she does not know how to use the internet, and it cost her gas money to make it up their to pay for it. How hard is it to pick a phone up?

I moved to Kentucky 6 months ago, and everyone I've talked to complain how terrible the Rockcastle water is, and apparently its been this way for years. why isn't something being done, if all the residents all complain about it. There's a couple places where people go to fill water from a natural spring. It's amazing how busy those springs are, because people refuse to drink the Rockcastle water. I've even asked Rockcastle water about it, reply no comments about it.

Why does no one answer the phone. I have been calling for four days to make a payment and not one time has anyone answered the phone. It's like this every month. I would use the payment site but it charges a fee to pay on there and I'm not about to do that. If they have so many calls coming in on a daily basis that they can't answer them all. Set up a call center in that huge building and create a few more jobs in this county.

recently moved to brodhead and just switched my services from my last address. i havent received a bill since April. called the water company to see why im not receiving it through the mail.and the women told me alot of people in brodhead dont get theirs either. so i called the post office, and they have no mail held up there from the water company. I called the water company again and they where rude and told me I would have to drive all the way down there to get a bill. rude as they come and the water taste like a moldy potatoe. worst exsperience I have ever had with a utility company. If there wasnt a monopoly on water service out here i would switch companies.
