VIP Hydraulic is a Bucket Truck owners diamond in the ruff.
I had a leaking Hydraulic master cylinder, hydralic fluid was leaking on to the windshield making using the Truck near to impossible. Called VIP talked to the Manager Andy that reassured me that if I brought the Truck in that him and his team would be able to resolve the issue. So I brought the Truck in the next day . His staff immediately greeted me and took the vehicle in and started working on the problem. They took apart the cylinder and showed me the defective parts and issues. They repaired and rebuilt the cylinder in 4 hours. The service was superb. I had no downtime with them being able to repair the truck in one day. Some shops take 2 days to a week to repair. I highly recommend this shop and I will be using them for all of my future Hydraulic problems and issues.

Where to start? Contacted VIP after not being able to find ANY company to fix the leaking elevator cylinders in my building.
PFLOW the maker of the elevator recommended their associates in my NY area, but none ever followed up. A big disappointment in customer service.
Assuming my hunch was correct that the cylinders needed seals, I found VIP Hydraulics online.
Andy from VIP returned my phone call almost immediately, asked me to send a picture and when they could take a look at it. Then sent in his crew late at night same day even after business hours.
I figured they just wanted to look at it, give a quote etc.etc.
NOT SO AT ALL. The guys showed up, figured out what was wrong and
took the cylinders off the elevator and with them that evening, promising to have them back next day, IF the seals were available and didn't have to be ordered.
Got a call next day that the cylinders were rusted and option 1 remove rust as best as possible and seal as is, or option 2 provide new cylinders. longer warranty. Elevator is not in constant use, so I opted for #1.
Price quoted for each option was very fair and as promised they showed up next day to install.
WHAT A SERVICE!!! Can't say enough of this overwhelming experience
and the professionalism of the crew. They tested everything, made sure that everything was working properly, filled the hydraulic tank, cleaned up and were done super fast.!
Anybody in the general NY/NJ area who has anything hydraulic to fix should give VIP Hydraulics a call first. You will not be disappointed. 5 Stars is not enough to give:-) Thank you Andy!

VIP Hydraulics is truly the best! I came to these guys on a Saturday at 6 o’clock with an emergency going on with my Electric Hydraulic dump truck that was stuck in the air… Andy and his guys not only welcomed me but quickly got to work and diagnosed my hydraulic system problem. Once diagnosed within the first 10 minutes they proceeded to fix the issue and my dump truck was in better than factory working condition again! These guys are truly the best in the bizz! Thank you Andy and your team !!!!!!!

Had a damaged loader valve on my Mahindra tractor . Went to the dealer to order a valve, its backordered for months. No one wanted to touch it. I go to VIP Hydraulics , these guys refabricated me a new spool , changed all the seals and did a leak test for me all in 4 days ! If thats not amazing business than I don't know what is. 5 STARS!!!
