Perfect 100 percent professional experience for the initial call to the finished job. Blew a hydraulic line on my trailer called them up, explained my situation, brought the trailer in. Then in less then 45 min, line was out new one in.. and the price with install was better than others just for the line unistalled. best around.. Thank you guys.

The only place open on a Saturday that had the seals I needed for my kubota lift ram in stock in the state! The guy at the counter was very friendly and helpful and they had me in and out quick and he even walked me through the reassembly process since I’ve never done it before. I really can’t thank you guys enough, it was worth the hour and 15 minute drive. I called maybe 15 different places that I found on google and everyone wanted me to leave the whole cylinder for 1-2 weeks to measure and order the seals this wasn’t an option because the material was already dropped. The service I received for my tiny purchase of a couple of seals it’s hard to believe it’s even profitable to sell these over the counter and again I really can’t thank you guys enough you saved me on this one!

Had no issue my first time here got the seals I needed at a great price. Second time around was the opposite. They tried to charge me quadruple the price for the same seals and when showed I showed my original invoice I was told sorry price went up. When asked to speak to boss I was told sorry he's sleeping. When he finally comes out he says " we don't need to sell seals so take it or leave it." And that I'm being a " pain in the ass" for questioning prices. I could have easily gone online to get seals I needed but since they had done a good job the first time I thought I'd give them my business, what a mistake. " You're only getting seals? You don't matter to us"

Used to be good but I don't think so anymore brought in control block to be checked out he said a couple of days and then we'll get to it in a couple of days a week later they told me he was working on it a week later might get to it today had to pick it up bring elsewhere three weeks is too long to wait

Went in cause I needed my hydraulic hose for my flat bed truck replaced. Guy tells me he can do it in 2 hrs @110/hr which is good. I even had my own hose for the job. Come back work is done and I'm waiting for the invoice and BAM!!!! Overcharged. I ask why was the labor so high? Dude's response was it took two guys to do the job!!! I said ok what does that mean. I was told by one person that it's $110 per hour not $110 per hour per person. That is information that should be explained to the customer and let them decide if they would like to continue with the job. The other dude says "that's why we don't like doing carrier trucks anymore. People want the work done but don't like the price after." I laughed and said it doesn't have anything to do with your price, it has EVERYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR LACK OF COMMUNICATION!!! Also, I continue to scan the bill and see a hose charge ask why when i had one he responds " your hose was 5 ft to short" so instead of extending the hose 5 extra ft charging me for 5 ft they charged me for a 20 ft hose. Again lack of communication. They should have call me and relay that to me. But like dude told me he didn't need my business. So, you won't get again!!

Came in at 10:30am with a broken hydraulic line for machine, left at 10:50am with a brand new one they built on the spot even gave me a movable adaptor and extra o rings, quick relatively cheap and painless experience. Update, came again August 21, 2017 Line for a large hammer for machine in at 7:25 out at 7:45 I can't stress enough the great service here.
