I have used Valley’s for several projects to include landscaping, lawn grading, soil and seed and building a new blue stone paver walkway. Their work is excellent. I highly recommend them.

I got a flier in the mail for mulch, said the price for mulch on it with free delivery . I called ordered the mulch …. Few hours later I was charged 70.00 more than expected . Worker on the phone got extremely angry when I attempted to discuss my price paid as well as the fact I was not notified of total prior to getting off phone . I was told that they just changed the price and the flier I recieved two day prior to order was no longer any good. Worker ended up hanging up on me , definitely has anger issues, she also did call me back and said I am canceling your order …lol . Now I never said I wanted my order canceled . I will never do business with this company again …. Based on their reviews I’m not the only one that thinks the employees at this company need some customer service skills…… I would definitely recommend anger management classes.

Their care and attention to detail on our garden beds is truly professional quality! They are in demand though so be patient, they schedule a week or 2 out for service but it's worth the wait.

This company raises their fee more than double by one year. They charge me $100 for 1-3", $150 for 3-6", $200 for 6-9", $250 for 9-12" and extra $20 for every inch of now over 12" of snow.

I got three quotes from other landscapers and all of them charge me between $75 and $100 for up to 12" of snow. They all only charge me extra when they need to come TWICE due to more than 12" of snow.

I spoke with my neighbors to get other landscaper's contacts and they used Valley's before but not anymore for the same reason - Valley's raised the price too much.

I guess they have more than enough customers to serve so they are trying to get rid of some of customers by bumping up the price. It worked out to me and good luck to their business.

The neat well manicured lawn is the only way I know they were here. Other work that has been done here has been of the best quality, kind and friendly workers. I would highly recommend this company.

Their snow plowing is awful. They usually wait till all the snow has stopped falling before they bother to come out , which is usually late at night. I've seen cars get stuck before. Currently our sidewalks are covered in ice and it's very treacherous outside. Poor service by a careless company.

I used Valleys last summer for a few different landscaping jobs that I needed done around the house. They are always very professional and do amazing work. Highly recommend!!!
