We’re gonna call this the country club of the area. The course layout itself was really good and a little challenging.

Now for the cons.

The fairways are rough with lots of patches, the roughs are definitely gonna be a rough.

Tee boxes need to better marked and treated with a lot more attention.

Do not forget your score card the carts didn’t have them but they are inside when checking in.

The cart paths are run down, and bumpy.

The signage for showing the next hole as no markings. Had to look and search for different holes and spend time looking for the next tee box.

For a quick round and if you don’t mind the course being a little run down and older the money wasn’t bad.

Layout was good, but course needs some maintenance.

I'm not a golfer, so I can't speak to the ground, services or cost...
But the views are spectacular! 5 stars 🤩
The food was fabulous at the grill! I give it 5 stars 🤩
I have only 3 stars✨ for the building, lighting and carpet which needs upgrading. Furnishings needs replacing for comfort (although they are functional). And the parking lot needs some attention.
The place WAS clean, including bathrooms which gets a 5 star review 🤩

I had a fantastic time at this golf course! The course is beautifully maintained, with lush fairways and well-kept greens. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. The layout of the course is challenging but fair, making it suitable for golfers of all skill levels. Plus, the picturesque views of the surrounding landscape added to the enjoyment. I can't wait to come back and play another round!

I love playing golf at Valley Hi. Plain and simple. The restaurant is getting remodeled and the breakfast sandwich was good at the turn. They are doing maintenance so one of the holes was closed, but you can tell that they are putting $$ into the course and it will be worth it in the long run. Thanks Valley Hi for another great round of golf.

Had a great experience, it was my first time playing here visiting from out of state. The starter was friendly and helped me read the course and greens while I waited to play. Greens were superb and fast, and the fairways were nicely maintained. Didn't try the chopping area but the practice putting greens were immaculate and speedy. Will visit again when visiting here.

Worst course in the area.

Price: Not bad, but not good. Reminds me of Pine Creek for what you get. It’s not bad but you feel like you paid a little too much. Just go to PJ or Cherokee Ridge for that price.

Availability: You will find open tee times because it is bad. Same as Antlers. Just go to Sand Creek if you want a walk on tee time.

Location: Close to World Golf/Sand Creek and Cherokee Ridge. Two better options.

Pro shop: Grumpy/rude guy in pro shop. Doesn’t offer a lot. Both the guy and the shop.

Course conditions: Fairways play like semi rough. Semi rough plays like a normal courses rough. Greens are okay though. A lot of mud, tall grass and soggy ground.

Overall: Avoid. If a buddy says “there are tee times available here,” just say no. Friends don’t let friends golf Valley Hi.

Why would you shutdown the restaurant in peak season for renovations and not communicate it?! The cart didn’t come out until after 12. No food. No water. The back 9 is trashed, they closed a hole and tried to replace it with a subpar par 3 on the front 9. As soon as this course was getting traction they make some really bad decisions. Was this management or city. There were needles, broken liquor and beer bottles on the front 9. You all need to do better. But they did make sure we did 90 degree turns on and off the course.

Valley has gone and will continue to go thru course improvements. All for the better. Check out the new restraunt menu. Definitely upgraded. The Calamari and or Nachos are very, very Tasty! Ima try everything on their menu.
