Cannot say enough good things about how well they took care of us. We blew out a tire on the way back from spring break, wife and 3 young kids. They took care of absolutely everything. Gave us several options, including taking us all the way back to Indiana, for truly a reasonable price. Once we decided what to do they handled all of it. Got our car, took us to the hotel, found a tire shop, got the tire situation with the tire shop squared away, picked us up in the morning from the hotel and took us where we needed to go. I’ve never had to rely on a tow truck in my life, but in a situation where you are in a place you’re not familiar, late at night, with your kids, to have someone honest and reliable to go above and beyond… what I would consider their job is beyond relieving.

Truly can’t be thankful enough for how great these dudes were. Jake was the man.

We cannot say enough nice things about Thorough Towing! We broke down on 75S in Berea, KY after a brake shield broke loose at 1 am on our travels from the Midwest to FL. Patrick at Thorough Towing came to our rescue and got us to a hotel for the night and they were already working on our truck by the time we called them in the morning. They were able to replace our rear rotors and brake pads quickly to get us back on the road. They phoned us later on that day to make sure we were still doing good and wished us a good vacation. Thorough Trucking is the textbook definition of customer service! If you find yourselves stranded in their area like we did, rest assured that you are in good hands! Five stars!

Our F-250 lost power pulling our Airstream trailer 8 miles north of Mt. Vernon exit. The state highway patrol contact dispatch and Curtis was dispatched from Thoroughbred Truck to tow us to safety. We spent two nights at KOA in Renfro Valley. They promptly looked at our truck early Monday morning to diagnosis the issue. This company went over an above to make sure we were safe and had all things necessary during this trip interruption. All members of this company we encounter went over and above to be helpful. My husband and I found ourselves stranded in Mt.Vernon, Kentucky a couple weeks ago. Our fifth wheel lost a wheel, tire and brake damaging the axle. After a several calls to mobile RV repair places, Ben from Thorough Truck came to us and determined what was needed to get us back on the road. He arranged for an axle and electric brake to be built and found a tire and wheel. We also need welding on the suspension. He arranged everything and with the help of his crew we spent only two nights in a off the highway parking lot. His crew was amazing. We thank you Ben for your speedy service and checking on us the next day to see if everything was okay. Many times my husband and I will start our daily trip by praying for protection and safety. We were so grateful for Thorough Truck Repair.

My family and I broke down on the side of I-75 near Mt Vernon. Curtis to the rescue! He had to work extra to get my truck on the lift because it was frozen in park. He then towed it all the way to Corbin for us and was able to drop us at a hotel. Great service!

It's hard to find service like the service Ben offers. He put an injector in my truck in the time it took his employee to change 2 boat trailer tires. I would drive 3 hours to have him work on my truck. He was honest and i know he is honest because I am a former diesel mechanic myself I just couldn't fix it without the part and tools on the road. He told me the price upfront and ended with the same price. I can't thank him enough for fixing my truck and getting me back on the road. I called him Saturday at 2 pm got to his shop at 3:30pm and was back on the road at 5pm. I honestly can't put in words the appreciation I have for Ben and the great service he provided. Thank you Ben !
