Absolutely saved me in the middle of a job extracting a snapped ball joint punch bolt from the steering knuckle of my 02 forester (doesn’t work on cars, I just brought the part to him) and restoring threads at a reasonable price and timely manner. Phil is super nice, professional, extremely knowledgeable and very experienced. Can’t recommend him enough, will definitely be going back whenever the need arises. The new OEM bolt threads in absolutely perfectly

Needed a single handle door lever re-tapped due to stripped threads. Phil tapped the threads with slightly larger set screw and solved the issue. In addition to doing a great job, he is a pleasure to talk to and has a great personality and work ethic.

Phil took my boat trailer that was on it’s last leg and was able to breath new life into it by shoring up rusted supports along with finish paint to make it look new again. He also completed the job at my location which made the whole process a breeze. Phil knew how to analyze the problem spots and figure the best way to make the trailer solid again. Thanks for your help.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Repair Emporium, and I can't say enough about the level of helpfulness I experienced. From the moment I walked in, the staff demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge and a genuine willingness to assist.

They took the time to understand my issue and provided clear explanations of the repair process, which made me feel confident in their expertise. It’s clear that they value hard work and customer satisfaction, going above and beyond to ensure everything was done right.

My mother had gifted me an antique bed before she died. Unfortunately I never told her that it was broken when she had it sent to me. One of the rails was broken and did not have the fitting on the end to slide into the harness attached to the headrail. Being stupid when I was younger, I ended up makeshifting something that broke the harness off of the head rail as well.
I had done a decent amount of online research only to have me find that most every site I visited, stated that it wasn't fixable by just welding the harness and the rail fitting back to it's original state on its original place. Even the architectural websites stated the same thing. I also, had taken pictures of it to a couple places and they said they didn't want to take on the challenge.
So when I was moving from one place to another, I happened to ask Phil Brun what he thought. I had the impression that he only did commercial/ industrial work. He said he'd like to take a look at it because "there's no project too small, especially since it means so much to you". So I borrowed a truck and dropped it off at his shop soon thereafter.
I was moving from one place to another, like I said earlier, and I wasn't really concerned about when I got the pieces back because I was still unpacking. I received a call from Phil way earlier than I expected and he said he was finished with the project and wanted me to take a look at it. I told him I didn't have a truck at the moment but I would have it picked up the following week. Phil explain that there's no need for that he would be happy to bring it to me.
So Phil brought it to my new home and helped me bring it inside. Later on that evening, I assembled the bed. When putting it together the troubled area of the harness was in place secure as can be as if it were brand new and the fixture on the end of the rail slid in perfectly to the harness. It's been several months since I since Phil performed his magic on my beloved piece of furniture, I must say, I am more than happy with the work he did.
I'm truly overly satisfied with everything about the experience with the Repair Emporium. From the first time I spoke with Phil, to when I dropped it off at his shop, to when he brought it back to me after he was finished. I felt very confident and assured that nothing would happen to my bed frame it in the meantime. He said he would take care of it and he was very sure of himself. So, I felt confident and was happy to leave it with him- Mostly, because of how comfortable he made me feel.
End result: He did what he said he was going to do and he went above and beyond with this particular project because nobody else wanted to touch it. I am extremely happy with his work and his customer service. I would trust him with any project I have, big or small. Not only because his work was obviously of the highest quality, he is a compassionate and trustworthy person who brings integrity to his field of work.
Thanks Phil, I appreciate everything very much!

Phil is a great dude. I called him up on a Saturday afternoon, I needed some holes drilled in some real hard steel ( automotive leaf spring). He said "no problem", I got down to the shop and Phil had me taken care of in about 10 minutes, I stayed around for another about 45 minutes asking questions and receiving advice about my project, Phil is very knowledgeable about his craft. An all around great experience, I'm sure I'll be back. Thanks!!!

Mr Phil is a great individual and a professional businessman. We broke down with a broken leaf Spring outside Louisville KY in June this year he saw us on side of the road as he was heading home he pulled behind us got his torches out, cut the broken leaf put the bolts back in temporarily where they’re supposed to be to get us off the road. Also refused to get paid and he you folks are out of town no worries. Will always remember him.

The Repair Emporium is 10 stars because they don't just excel at service and expectations, they are that rare company who can literally build anything you want and need. Most companies who can do what they do know they're rare and don't work on their service. Not The Repair Emporium. They treat us like we're the all stars. Phil literally does custom work on our fleet that we used to have to drive to Indianapolis to have done. And he does it in the most polite way, and makes us feel great. Thanks Phil, I can't say enough nice things about you and your company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
