Paid for a survey in November. Was told 2 week turn around time. It’s been over 3 months and still no survey. I call they give me the run around. Kevin a surveyor there who’s supposedly working on my survey is very rude and has hung up the phone on me and laughed when I asked to speak with James the owner. I’ve left messages for James and he has not returned my calls. There office is located not even 10 minutes from where they are supposed to do they survey and they can’t seem to get there to complete it. Every time I call they say we’ll be done next week but I’m not sure they know how long a week is because it’s been months. I asked for a refund since they can’t complete the job and still nothing no response, no call back, no email. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Poor customer service and work ethic. Use at your own risk.
