Lets set the record straight with Roger Lopes. You parked in front of our shop, After 10 minutes of monitoring the activity within our facility of us watching you. You decided to move your vehicle to the very far rear of our newly groomed parking lot. Came in and asked to borrow tools to remove a blown hydraulic hose from your plow. never did you mention a drain pan to catch any residual oil and now being parked in an environmentally sensitive area your damn straight I said hell no. Moving your vehicle out of my view certainly does not exempt you from spilling oil. Common sense goes a long way and maybe you will come into yours sooner than later. WE at T&G are passionate about helping our customers and offer services and solutions for the toughest of problems. My wife and I have worked extremely hard thru the years to build our business to where it is and rest assured I will protect it at all costs.

Excellent service. I highly recommend this place. I had two pistons from my 1998 Yale forklift repaired here. The gentleman on the phone was very kind and informative. He estimated that it would be roughly 5 days to have them repaired, 6 days later my machine was back in service. Pricing was good, customer service was great, and I will continue to bring any future work here. 5/5

I went to T&G to see if they could help replace a burst hydraulic hose for a car lift. I have little knowledge in this area so T&G service guy explained what I needed and was able to make two new hoses in under 10 minutes at a very reasonable price. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back for future needs

These guys could not be better. I've been there twice for what most people would consider "Small Items." Craig went above and beyond and treated the Job like it was going to retire the whole team. From giving me Cell #'s and Emails to send in Pictures to having what I need in stock and the level of professionalism without the Contractor Arrogance that is plaguing today's industries, I can't say enough good things. I will be making the 30 minute Drive to use T&G whenever I have a hydraulic issue. I've been in my business for 30 years and thought I knew it all until Craig suggested some different parts, parts that saved me money and taught me something. This is a Hidden Gem.

These guys are anything but lazy! I was in their store on Saturday around 11:45 and they close at 12:00, and witnessed Leonardo Silva's visit to their location. He walked in the door at 11:50 with a 40 gallon garbage can full of hydraulic hoses. The salesperson at the store politely told him that they close in 10 minutes and that it's about an hours worth of work, and he would gladly have them ready for them first thing Monday morning. I'm beside myself to think that someone could put such a demand on any establishment so close to closing time after being offered a reasonable alternative solution. Shame on you for writing such a vague, non-truthful review. Every story has two sides, this is the other half to that story!
