The day before New Year’s we had a serious water leak and I didn’t hesitate to call Service Master. They came within an hour and brought all the equipment they needed to get me dried out. By the time I knew they had a game plan for me and checked on us for the days after. Phillip and Andy took great care of us and was very caring about my little boy’s well being in the home while this was going on. I would recommend their services to everyone and I appreciate what they did for me and my family and our home. Great service and caring hearts.

Let me tell you!! Andy Peters is unbelievable. He explained everything so well to us and helped me so much with all my anxiety about having potential mold in my house. He said that everything was good. It helped me out so much. He wanted to help everyday but it was during Christmas and New Year and my insurance didn't want to pay him to come out those two days. He said he would anyways. Of course we said no! That's family time. But he came the next day early to make sure we were still doing great! He was just great, even the dog loved him. We do miss seeing his face everyday!

Our Technician, Brandy, arrived on time and she was very professional. She and I went through the house and she explained what was going to do while she was here. After she cleaned my carpet she and I went through the the room and ask how it looked and if she needed to change anything. When she finished my house and I was extremely happy. I definitely will use Service Master and I will definitely request Brandy. She was so professional and did a wonderful job. My carpet looks new. Thank you Brandy and Service Master.

I am completely changing my review... it's been a month. They removed our carpet without insurance covering it. They said it was on their work order. And now they are refusing to replace it. They never came back and put our furniture and belongings back, like they said they would. We have been living in a run down trashy home because they did not do what they promised they would do. All of our furniture is packed up in the spare bedroom U-Haul style. We can't access our dressers or nightstands. We are living out of boxes and laundry baskets, walking around on cement floors. Very highly do NOT RECOMMEND this company. They come, destroy your home life and walk away scot free and tell you it's not their problem.... WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. If they would just admit to their mistakes and let us get back to our lives, this review would not have changed.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
The team lead by Cheyna was great. Our ceiling caved in after the hail storms and the leaks soaked the insulation. After we got the insurance on board, her team was super quick, super nice and did a very good job. They were respectful of being in our home with our lives continuing as best as it could. That includes our dogs and personal property. They moved everything, did the remainder of the demolition of what was left of our ceiling then cleaned that up as well. They were friendly and were not judgemental in the least. Will use them again if we ever have another need to. Thank you Cheyna, Tresor and V.

ServiceMaster was great, from the very start to the very end of their service. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Our technician, Zach and his co-worker were very friendly, informative and performed their job well. We had our ducts and vents cleaned. Zach and his co-worker worked hard to finished the job in a timely manner. They even interacted with my three boys and showed them how the equipment worked. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster and Zach.

Nate, Joseph and V were fantastic. They communicated well before arriving and were very polite throughout. We needed them to board up three windows following a hail storm that caused a bunch of external damage. The team arrived and quickly began their work. They ensured their setup area was okay and quickly finished. They walked through their process and cleaned up as if they were not even here after. Great job and thanks to the team for their efforts.

We have been pleased with ServiceMaster in the past, and decided to use them again. Zach Garcia, was the Technician who arrived at our house to clean tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom. He was not only competent but professional in every aspect of his work. Courteous and thoughtful, he also spotted an area rug which needed some attention, offered to take it with him and return it the next day, which he did the next morning. We were pleased with his work and expect to request him in the future.
