Greg Scott of Scott Engineering did a structural analysis of my house and wrote a report on his findings. I was extremely impressed by the detail and comprehensiveness of the report which included labeled photos of the exterior, first floor, and crawl space. Save your time and look elsewhere. I was in need of a boundary survey. Initially responsive, but after being given a quote and asked whether I wish to proceed, all communications ceased for no apparent reason. Called and E-mailed multiple times over the course of a month, and was told to leave a message and Art Weldin would get back to me. I asked to speak with someone else since he was the guy that continued ghosting me, but still no response. Finally decided to stop wasting my time and found another local company that got me on the books within a hour of contact. Would give 0 stars if possible.
