Rtec in London is evil I called to set up my son's ride to work and my son heard me we wrote down confirmation number they didn't show up I couldn't find the paper I put the number on they said he was not even down for a ride also I had a doctor's appt. The man showed up at the time I was to be there at doctor's they said at my doctor I couldn't come in I have to reschedule my appt. This kind of stuff goes on a lot and here I thought they cared about people it's a total sham

I used RTec today in Somerset for the very first time to go to the dentist. it was a pleasant experience both drivers were exceptionally polite, and helpful. I’m new at using a cane and both drivers were very helpful about that. The schedulers were also easy to work with and the round trip was only $8.

When My dad was to be transported from lake cumberland regional hospital to a local rehab facility. The hospital arranged transportation with r-tec. R-tec no showed us and claimed they had no record of said arrangements.
This morning Dad was supposed to be transported to an appointment with a specialist by r-tec. The rehab facility had arranged for r-tec to pick him up and again they no showed with no excuse. These appointments are extremely important for my dad who has 3 different life threatening issues and it's important for me to be able to rely on these services because I have to arrange my work schedule around the care we need for my Dad.
It bothers me because r-tec hasn't taken any accountability in dropping the ball when they've been supposed to be there for my family.

Very disrespectful. They go behind your back and call your doctor when they’re not allowed too. And it’s very illegal. That’s invading your personal privacy that is between you and your doctor. They love to argue cuss people out and they don’t respect nobody. They don’t help nobody. So I do not recommend them at all. 😡😡😡😡😡😡 I have called the local authorities on them and they will not do nothing for some reason. I’ve also called my insurance, they said that they can’t do nothing so if you don’t wanna go through this issue with them, I suggest not using them. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This is a really handy service! When I called, the lady I spoke with was so friendly and nice. Very good customer service. Rides are always safe and on time (actually a little early). Their drivers are very nice, and professional. The only thing is that you have to call 72 hours in advance to schedule a ride, which can sometimes be hard to do, but I understand their reasoning, having to plan and schedule. I would recommend this service to anyone!

I have now ridden the RTEC bus for the second time in my life. I have always had a car and have not had to utilize anything like this in the past. It was easy to make the appointment, and whoever scheduled my pickup was very friendly and helpful. The drivers arrived prior to when they were scheduled, which I like. Both of them were very friendly and professional. I recommend them to anyone who has a need.

Well I must admit that they're one of the best services transportation wise I've ever been on I just can't imagine that everyone expects them to be on time all the time because they're human too and also I'd like to thank them they've been very courteous to me and I've enjoyed the conversations with the drivers they make the ride more enjoyable they've always been friendly and very respectful and are always willing to help out any way they can and besides for a dollar a mile you can't beat that you can't beat that with a wooden stick best darn transportation service I've seen pretty much
