I just finished having Dan draw up our plans for our new house on the lake. Dan was knowledgable and informative thoughout the process. I give gave him some basic information upfront and he produced a his 1st drawings within a couple days. We made the necessary changes and adjustments and Dan was back on task. He kept me informed thoughout the process and now we're ready to get quotes and final cost numbers for our project. I would definately use Dan again. We just can't wait!!!!

We wanted to hire Dan for an investment property in Kentucky. Although Dan reviewed several aspects, during our due diligence, we contacted the city's construction review office and learned that the plans needed to be stamped by a licensed architect in Kentucky. Dan clarified that he was not licensed.

Even though not licensed we were still convinced to still hire him up until this point . When we asked him more in-depth questions, he failed to provide clear answers. Upon politely asking again these questions to clarify the city’s request after research , he abruptly told us that we had wrong information and refused to work with us . This was very confusing but wasted our time, which is more valuable than money, but also demonstrated his lack of professionalism. Thankfully, we did not hire him after his emotionally charged decision to stop communicating with us through email. Dan was unprofessional and not investor-friendly. Our experience was not pleasant.
