I seriously hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I try to give everyone a fair chance, especially small business owners. When Shawn Quick showed up to our shop, promising to guarantee his work on rebuilding air jacks and air tools, I decided to give him an opportunity. I was considering buying a new air jack, but Shawn convinced me otherwise. He claimed that his 36-month warranty and quality labor in rebuilding my current jack would outperform a cheap new air jack.

I'll admit, his initial quote was quite high, but he was willing to negotiate a bit, so I decided to give him a shot and see if his work lived up to his claims. In April 2024, I received the rebuilt jack, the work was completed, and he was paid.

Two months later, the jack started leaking. I called Shawn back and only managed to get in touch with him a few times. He promised to come by one day but never showed. As of November 2024, I've left multiple messages from both my personal and shop numbers, but the only response I've gotten was from Shawn's father, who informed me there would be a pickup fee. Otherwise, I'd have to wait two weeks for free pickup. Since then, I've continued to follow up with no luck.

Now I’m left with an $1,100 paperweight leaking hydraulic fluid all over my floor. It’s frustrating because, honestly, I could have bought two cheap jacks that would have lasted at least a year before showing any significant signs of wear. Even if I had invested a little more, I could have gotten a much better jack with the same warranty and a much better customer service experience.

At this point, I'm extremely disappointed with how Shawn is handling his business. What could have been an opportunity for more business and referrals has ended in frustration.

No, I would not recommend Quick Rebuilders to service your equipment. The only "quick" thing about him is how quickly he'll take your money and run.
