I visited QHS today to assess the repair possibilities for my Lenovo laptop, or at the very least, to obtain a quote. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by a staff member who promptly examined my laptop and engaged in a discussion with a technician. They efficiently presented me with cost estimates, both with and without warranty coverage, and also suggested the option of purchasing a new model due to the high repair costs. Their friendliness and evident expertise left a positive impression on me. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

I have worked with this wonderful group of people for ten years. They did our initial set up for our business and have been there for us ever since. We had some rough moments when our server crashed and QHT saved the day. They previously suggested all kinds of things that saved our data and we lost nothing! Everyone over there is awesome and very friendly. From management and sales to all the guys in the shop, (Tyler, Ross, Steve, etc) we are extremely pleased with the attention to detail, promptness and punctuality... I would trust no other company with my business and personal IT service needs.

QHT is a factory authorized repair center for several brands and has proven they can fix many different issues. They are reasonably priced and conscientious of protecting your data and privacy. They have repaired multiple machines over the last devade and will get more in the future.
