If I could give Tim a 100 star rating I would. He saved our bacon. Several big storms ago we had water in our basement, and lots of it, for the first time in the ten years since we have lived here and possibly for the first time since the house was built in 1978. We were afraid we were in for an extremely expensive basement waterproofing. A good friend, who is a retired town building official in a neighboring town, suggested we call Tim for help, which we did. I think Tim realized the predicament we were in as another big storm was on the way. He jumped right on the job and discovered (thanks to his camera system) obstructions deep in a foundation curtain drain. After digging and pipe cutting and reaming out the pipe, Tim and his able helper Josh unclogged the pipe and boy did the water gush. The next day his associate Jerry came out and finished the job with his de-rooting machine. The basement is dry after the last two 4+” rain storms.

Tim answers phone calls timely, keeps to his schedule, answers questions, has well maintained equipment and leaves the work site in great shape. Stephanie on the office end of the operation is also helpful in keeping things moving. “Who could ask for anything more?”

Tim came recommended by a friend. I couldn't have been more pleased. We had him and his team build a patio. Tim is a true expert in his craft. It's nice to have somebody professional, knowledgable, and kind. Tim was at the job site the entire time too. He kept me apprised of his timeline and went above and beyond. Can't recommend him enough!

Stay away from this company. Its’ the biggest hoax/fraud I’ve ever seen. I’ve contacted them to locate and excavate my water pump buried in my front yard. Tim, the owner, said he has an equipment that will locate the pump and then he will dig it out. It will cost me $850 ($200 locate it, $400 to dig out and $250 to refill). But when he came he didn’t bring any equipment, but start digging with CAT Pillar and after two hours of digging around 10 Sqrare feet area in my front yard, they finally found the water pump and surprisingly he charged me $1300 for additional digging !!! So, stay away from these guys.
