I have been in construction for over 20 years, this is the worse experience I’ve ever had, unfortunately my architect that I’d always used passed away, these people are crooks, after being quoted and agreeing on an amount that I immediately paid in full do to a lack of time to finish project, 5 months after payment still no approved plans, Sean Poteet had the audacity to ask for more money, I felt I had no choice but to pay as I didn’t want to start all over again, he constantly ignored my calls and wanted to argue with me on foundation plans(I’m no architect however I’m a foundation expert) engineer agreed with me, I designed foundation myself with no credit from Poteet Design, framers framed home to plan, utility room to small, standard appliances wouldn’t even fit, stay away from these people, they are inexperienced crooks, they claim residential is beneath them, they do big commercial jobs!!!!!! Ha what a joke, these other reviews are bogus
