I don't even live here, but when I tried helping figure out meter reading schedules for my parents house the front desk workers were among the rudest I ever experienced. The city needs to hire new employees or provide feedback on customer service.

The most inept and greedy utility company I've EVER dealt with, and that's saying something!!! Their office doesn't open til 8am, yet they send their workers out at 7 for disconnects. If you pay your bill online you're still probably going to be disconnected and made to do without water for a full business day because their system is apparently not integrated with their online services. Absolutely ridiculous and VERY over priced. It would be acceptable to me if the water was drinkable, but I dont drink over chlorinated pool water!

I’ll say the same thing here as I did on my facebook review. When you’ve had very unreliable mountain water, with little to no pressure that required constant maintenance and work you’re very relieved to have this water. It isn’t drinkable, unless you enjoy drinking pool water. However its fantastic for laundry, dishes, and showering. I LOVE it and if there’s a break I don’t have to work on it, unless its on my side of the meter. No problem with it as of yet. Very pleased here. Plus I have nothing negative to say about anyone in the office.

My water bill has continuously been ranging from $145.00 to over $160.00 for well over a year. My husband fixed a leak we had and still issue not resolved. I went and asked, can someone come and check with leak detector? No, we are not allowed to do that. I know for a fact that they have done that for my brother in the past. All they tell me is start digging up your yard to find the leak. This is NOT good customer service if you ask me.

Well to make a long story short my place up here was in descrepency as of whom ! Was the owner what you'll get when someone sales mortgaged property well the water company took the meter for various reasons according to them but I know for fact that no body was stealing water from the meter they say was the one to my house there been no water here since before July 2021 no body has lived here I would know this is my place but still refuse to give me water even after the community action pay $800 so guess this will a court ordered decision I'm not donating them any more money an I really do feel the state should pick this up as scamming is defently going in only because they know the government will pay big bucks for water an electric right now during this pandemic going on a great l ittle get rich quick scheme if you ask me !! They know it's virtually impossible to live without water an really hard to pack what you need in a days time the disabled has no chance of making it in this world an I have to add that bell county is the worst place I've ever lived the law enforcement in this county is a joke right along with the Pineville water commission now there you have it I wouldn't recommend nobody move here !!it's all about WHO ?you know an whom ? You are !! In this place !!

Terrible utility company. As one review before said, their online payment is apparently not integrated with the rest of their system. Not only did they give me no notice what so ever about cutting my water off (I usually pay it in advance but apparently I had a leak so the entire credit disappeared without me realizing it). They made me wait an entire weekend without water and most of their business hours Monday even tho I paid the bill Friday. When I called them Monday to make sure they were even coming they acted like they had no idea they that they should've sent someone out. A high level of incompetence at this place. Avoid using this utility company if possible.

Honestly the women in the actual office are quite terrible, the service is basically whatever they feel like you should pay because they have a monopoly on the area, the one star that they do actually earn is because of the road crew (the fellers who fix the breaks in the lines) at least they're decent and relatively quick. Fudge the whole thing though tbh.

They’re rude, I didn’t get the bill in the mail and they cut my water off. I paid the bill and the fee to turn it back on and they wouldn’t come out to turn it back on. I went a while day without water. I called them and they was rude and hung up on me
