20 hours and 56 mins. This is how long i waited to get loaded; and refuse to return to Delaware for this reason. Unorganized, unprepared and they could simply care less. Arrived at 8:50am with a 9am appointment. Didn’t get loaded until 3:25am the following day. Not to mention the third party vendor used to track the freight. So unprofessional. No truck areas for parking or even a shower. Unable to leave the yard with your trailer once entering, even if you’re not getting loaded yet.
Only one star given because I didn’t have the option to leave ZERO

Directions on navigation worked well. Pull in lot on left to the guard shack and give them your paperwork. Drop your trailer and find an empty. Really nice guards and yard man. I parked overnight.

Nightmare! All I can say is it was an absolute nightmare! Not only was i there 10hrs with multiple doors, they left me a gift on the trailer floor! Thank you Purdue!

why if I arrive at 9 pm for an appointment, I have to wait for a pick up until 5-6 am? you should have the load ready by the evening too!!! this is terrible!! we also have other loads besides you and because of you we are losing the next load!!! disgusting place!!!

To leave you have to have a 20F load be at least at 32F or else they won’t give you paperwork. Obviously when you pull out of the door to close your trailer the cold air rushes out and you gotta wait on a hot day for it to cool down when you could have been driving. Slow loading too. Plan being here for a few hours and not having anytime left to drive that day.

I arrived 2 hours early and they let me into the parking lot, but they did charge me at the time of my appointment. They gave me the door and it was quick. The black man at the safe house is the happiest and most polite person I have ever seen, a good man. I will lift loads here again. Keep it up!!
