Great experience with PELSA & customer service. I bought a house in May 2024 and ordered a boundary survey for the property so that I would know the exact boundaries. PELSA filed engineers installed five metal corner stakes and flags in July. Four months later, flags were gone due to lawn remover, and I can only locate three metal corner stakes that are visible on the lawn surface. However, I can't find the other two metal corner stakes and I thought these two metal corners were not installed at all. I called PELSA to address this issue and they are very professional, polite, and responsive to calls and emails. My request and concerns were addressed swiftly, and field engineers were sent to my house the next week for a visit and helped me to locate all the metal stakes within 5 minutes. Great work from the field engineers, great experience with the customer service, and excellent job from PELSA.

I have yet to receive a call back after six weeks🙄

If your surveyors didn't want the job and/or couldn't help, at least have the common courtesy to return a phone call and say, "We're sorry but this isn't something we can assist you with."

My husband and I have been calling this company for almost a month to get a quote and each time we called they couldn’t find our paperwork of us calling.
I called again today (phone call number 6) and was told that the message was in the book for some man to call me back, when I explained to her that yesterday someone told me that a lady would call me back now it’s a man what’s going on, no response

I get a call back today and this young lady tells me that the quote would be between 1,200 - 3.600 (Over priced) because it took sometime for them to research my information and thats why it took them so long to call me back, I lost it - my reply was that no one could find my information and now your going to lie and say that the research is what caused the holdup
They even told me that the lady who took the information when we first called was out on vacation and she thought she reply to everyone but see might have missed my information

IF YOU DIDNT WANT THE JOB OR YOU WAS TO BOOKED YOU COULD HAVE JUST SAID THAT
