I Called ahead to tour the property because online said they closed at 6:00pm. My wife had previously done a tour and got a feeling that the property manager was rude, envious, and treated her like competition. Joanne the manager agreed that we could drop in and do a tour. Upon arrival she seemed nice when greeting me but as soon as she noticed my wife, the atmosphere changed and she began looking at her watch repeatedly and being cordial to me but completely distant and cold to my wife. I picked up on this immediately. She would only address me and ignore my wife while looking at her watch even though I had called ahead to make sure it was ok to tour. She said they actually close at 5:30 and used the excuse of her dog needing to go out. She seemed disorganized and moral of the story if you’re a young and pretty Latina don’t tour this property. My wife is very sweet and kind and never solicits this reaction from others. It’s a shame as we did like the property but there are many other out there.

I’ve been here since they opened and it’s has been a steady decline in overall experience each year. I’ve had absolutely no ability to use my door buzzer after multiple notices to the office and maintenance staff. Somebody was blocking the garage entry way why they moved in with a large moving truck, and when I notified the office of their length of time block it, the office manager asked for proof of my living there and told me I should go tell them to move. Jessica is a great property manager but the issues lie in her employees and the occasional maintenance worker issue. God forbid it snows. The ramp out of the garage is NEVER prepped for snow, nor is it shoveled or plowed in a timely manner. The garage door opens slowly, resulting in plenty of repairs for it due to people running into it or sliding into it due to terrible preparation for winter weather. I’ve also had packages delivered from amazon that have specifically asked to be left out of the amazon locker, but the staff continues to put them in a locker without sending me any sort of code to retrieve them.

The driveway entry is also shared with the Planet Fitness next door, which has lead to some of the worst driving and negligence of the residents here that I’ve ever seen. Why is there not a barrier? For the amount of money I pay per month for a glorified studio, which has gone up each year, why would you not do something to prevent all of the above issues?

Luxury is a word used to describe this community/apartment complex. In reality, it’s a high price tag for flashy appliances that almost never work properly and walls so thin I can hear my neighbors whispering. Do NOT move here if you want peace and quiet with a price tag that seems like it would reflect that.

Recently moved out of this complex due to relocation. Absolutely loved my stay/lease with NorthLake lofts and constantly recommend it to others. Great management, great tenants, great amenities. A beautiful place to call home! No breed restrictions for dogs which was a number 1 priority for me during my initial search. I will miss calling north lake lofts home for sure.

I haven’t rented in a very long time and Ashley made it an easy process. She was so helpful and professional helping accommodate me with issues that arose with quick responses. Northlake Lofts is a beautiful place and check marks all the boxes that I was looking for in an apartment.

After speaking with Ashley about potentially renting at Northlake Lofts, we realized that the address was not in area where I would like my daughter to attend high school. Ashley went above and beyond to help me find the perfect location for me that fit my needs and in the correct school district. I had searched myself and was unable to find something, however Ashley sent me information that led me to sign a lease. Thank you Ashley!!!

Had a great experience living here for the time my wife and I were there. They had someone clean the building daily, for the most part it was very quite as well, and held socials with food every month for the residents. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Moved in just over a week ago and my experience with Northlake & my leasing agent Ashley was more than I could have expected. The level of personalization Ashley incorporated was beyond what I would have expected. Highly recommend asking for Ashley and any layout in Northlake Lofts.

Nikki has been so kind after we showed interest in living at their complex. She continuously follows up with us on apartment availability and has given us multiple tours of the different apartments they have to offer. We have loved the experience and can really tell how well they treat their tenants.
