Absolutely rude service
The worst in town!!
I went in there one time and just stood there waiting for somebody to come to the front desk for a good 10 minutes!!
Used to be a great place to get things when Nathan worked there but now forget about it
I'll go to a different town before I ever go in there again!!

I was in a jam. I was repairing a 1971 Ford F-350 dump truck. Had a leaking axle. Just knew that I wasn't going to be able to find the part without ordering it. NAPS came to the rescue and had the part in stock. I had it in my hand in less than 30 minutes! I can say that's been the typical response and experience from my local NAPA store! Excellent service and always reliable.

If you post hours of operations that doesn't mean that you're able to close 10 minutes early because when people are driving to get parts they're expecting you to be open till the time that it says

Generally good customer service! A nice selection of inventory, including items harder to find other places.

The smoking is hard to deal witg, and therefore I avoid the store unless I cannot find the items elsewhere. If they made it non smoking, I would spend several hundred a month there with our 7 automobiles and 4 tractors maintenance.

Love Napa, Michael is a excellent employee, always very nice and helpful. I prefer Napa to any other auto parts house. I always get exactly what I need and call for. I never have to make extra trips, because employees order the wrong part.

They have good parts at reasonable prices but this Napa wouldn't honor another napa tool rental return also wouldnt give or had the the phone number of another store to see availability of a part. Kind of crummy customer service.
