Well, it got worse. I talked to Amanda in the corporate office in Georgia. At first, she realized the problem saw everything and was willing to make it better. apparently, Brian is not supposed to be using parts that you bring in. He never told us that he’s only supposed to use NAPA parts. So we almost lost the Napa business. But now we have another problem. Amanda the executive in GA for Napa. She made a bunch of verbal agreements with me Which we followed through on every bit of what she asked us to do and it was done and now she’s disappeared on me and not returning my calls suddenly
so I’m waiting to find out Monday if they are going to refund this money as promised I did everything they asked and I’m waiting to sign off on the repairs. But I’ve never received the email to sign off on the repairs after the third-party shop did the inspection. I had to drive it 30 miles to get it checked by a third-party because of the poor work done by this shop B.K. auto. . We actually had to have a second shop third-party check these repair repairs because they were so awful. We went back four times now five times to get this vehicle Fixed . So they didn’t put back the windshield wipers those were still unplugged. That’s what the third-party told me and they had to tighten several bolts that were still loose but other than that the repair was proper so I was willing to sign off on it and now Amanda from Georgia the executive office has disappeared. I’ll be back with an update after I talk to her on Monday

Well, I brought my service vehicle in to get a tension pulley put on pretty simple came out sounding worse than it did going in. Had to take it back three times because they couldn’t put the belt on properly misaligned and shredded the belt the first time the pulley tension pulley that they put on flew off within the first 10 miles and the belt and everything was a mess. Second time they misaligned the belt one groove over and the pulley cut it to shreds. Now, instead of my girlfriend bringing it in, I’m going to talk to them. She was doing this as a gift to me. Now I have to talk to them about why they can’t change a simple serpentine belt and tension pulley after four tries and charging us $150 labor when we had the parts. I will say they did not charge us when we brought it back in last time but still we still have to bring it in again and I haven’t been able to work with this vehicle for over two weeks and they didn’t even tell us when it was ready for five days last time. Come on guys do better. This is ridiculous.

These guys are the best! Helpful, courteous, and I even forgot my wallet once and had to pay much later, and they were very understanding. We go often when needed. Recommend.

Had them change the oil in the wife’s car last time because my schedule was booked. 5000 miles later go to change it and the filters over torqued to the point I’m not able to get it off with a filter wrench or even the sand paper and belt trick. Will be finding a different shop for this sort of task.
