Tony and team installed my pool back in 2018. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable, super helpful for a guy who never had a pool, let alone wired one. We had a couple hiccups which can be expected, wrong heater was delivered, Tony corrected immediately. I recall the pool (San Juan Desert Springs) was coming from Florida so timing on the delivery was tricky but managed very well.
Pool is still very level, concrete has held up nicely and the winter cover still looks brand new. Only thing Ive had to replace is the pump in yr 6 - it ran 24/7 9 months out of the year. VERY satisfied even 6 years later, especially reading some other horror stories online.
I recommend Tony and My Pool and Patio.

The whole process went very smoothly, from working with our salesperson helping us pick the perfect pool for our yard, to the installation/work crew who were always professional, on time, responsive to any questions/concerns we had, to the office staff who helped coordinate every event and detail seamlessly. While undertaking such a large project is always trying at times, My Pool and Patio minimized any inconveniences and made our experience top notch! We ordered our pool late September 2022 and were swimming by late April of this year! Definitely recommend them for all your pool needs!!

We had a great experience with My Pool and Patio. Everyone was very nice and professional. From start to finish it took 2 months. The hole was dug and the pool dropped in day 1. Everyone from Mitchell, Shaq, and the design team was great to work with. Now we are just waiting for the weather to warm up to use it!

We highly recommend My Pool & Patio! They did a fantastic job designing and installing our inground fiberglass pool. It’s exactly what we wanted, had to work with them to incorporate our hot tub, and everything looks beautiful. We had a challenging install due to living on top of a hill but the team managed to get the pool up and in the ground with no issues. We appreciated the pool school and help from their team since this is our first pool owning experience. Thank you!

We are very pleased with our experience with Tony, Mitchell, Russ and the My Pool & Patio team. We signed a contract in Oct-21 and the said the pool would be delivered on 17Feb22 and it was! It was in the ground the next day. We needed a retaining wall which they installed and we were able to enjoy the pool for the summer. I have heard horror stories from neighbors about other pool companies and can only recommend My Pool & Patio to anyone looking for a quality pool, quality install and with people you can trust.

Investing in an in-ground pool is a scary and expensive process! Not to mention a huge undertaking. Just as we’ve heard about in the local this year, there are some not-so-honest nor trustworthy pool companies out there. BUT!! My Pool & Patio IS NOT ONE of those companies.

From the first meeting with Mitch to view my yard and discuss my options in Sept. ‘22 (no other company would even discuss my options due to my small yard and easement) to now, the end of my first season as a 1st time pool owner. Everyone from Shelby in the office, to the team that did the install (that went absolutely above and beyond to help keep me from having to bring in extra heavy equipment to get through rock - the guys jumped in the hole and sledge-hammered like no body’s business to break up a huge bolder enough the backhoe could get it out without having to bring in a driller), to my sight manager Shaq, the guys that came to check on the pool during the winter months, Tony the “Pool School Guy” as I call him 😆… EVERYONE was professional, honest, responsive and never made me feel as if I was a “pest” (I had A LOT of questions and mind changing during this process!). I was given a quote, and once I signed the contract, the price was set. I did make a few changes to my package, mainly the size and type of heater, but every detail was laid out in black and white in terms of cost. I knew what was what and where the price was coming from.

The only thing I did not realize, through no fault of my own and IS in the contract, was the process of getting the building permit on my own. I had lots of concerns with about this, but Mitch explained why they do it this why (put that responsibility on the homeowner) but also put in writing for me the answers to my questions and concerns - ya know, for future “just in cases”.

My overall experience with My Pool & Patio met, and even exceeded at times, the expectations I had for a company that I was trusting with such a project. The ONLY reason I am not giving 5 stars is because nothing is ever perfect (and not a “cheap” investment)! But I cannot recommend them enough to anyone that has any hesitation about trusting a pool company. They are definitely “one of the good guys”!

Take this for what you will - all huge projects always come with hiccups and I understand that not everyone has a good experience, but the team of MP&P will treat you with respect and be honest with you. To me, despite any hiccups (I had my own, this process was not perfect or without flaws) respect and honesty for the consumer go a lonnnngggg way!!!

My husband and I have built a total of four pools in our lifetime. We have experienced pool builds in two of our existing homes and two while building our new home. One liner installed and three fiberglass pools. We have used four different contractors. The reason is we never felt the experience was what we were told it it would be. Delays, unexpected up charges, and employees complaining about their jobs. We decided in July 2022 to install a pool after living in our new home for one year. We met with Mitchell Frederick, My Pool & Patio’s sales representative. The first appointment Mitchell met with us at our home. The second appointment we met at My Pool & Patio’s office in Lagrange, KY. We met with Shaq Parker (project manager). A presentation of different layouts were shown to us from which we could choose. Our lot had a steep hill. We were presented with a wide selection of stones to choose from to construct a retaining wall. After selecting the Thursday Pool, The Aspen 30’x 14’ was projected to be delivered in December. Everything went as planned. Our pool was delivered in December. The project was totally completed by 1st of May. Lots of weather delays due to the cold temperatures we experienced this past winter. Everything we were promised by My Pool & Patio was delivered. We were in contact with Shaq and Mitchell throughout our project. Both were timely with their responses. All the guys on the team were polite and always addressed our questions. We especially like that when we made changes to the project that affected pricing, we always received an addendum to sign. The owner Tony Karimi and his office Staff Shelby Woodcock stayed connected with us through the process. Tony took my call on a Saturday evening to answer my question. Everyone on their staff believes in customer service! My husband and I highly recommend anyone who wants A headache free awesome pool build to contract with My Pool & Patio.

We were very pleased with the whole experience working with My Pool & Patio, from sales (Mitchell) to construction (Shaq), and pool school. Being first time pool owners there was a lot to take in but they worked with us to ensure our questions were answered. Customer service and communication were great.
