Our experience with Rob Rollins at MA was an very unpleasant one.We had read the negative reviews about Rob but our contractor had worked with him a few times and he recommended him so we decided to move forward.BIG MISTAKE!!.It took Rob 3 months to get us our plans and although he told us the small changes we made would not cost us more our bill soon ballooned up to $11,000.We had a contract but then kept getting hit with more and more bills.He only came out 3 times to the house and never once inspected the crawl space or attic.He relied on our contractor and our son who had been visitng.Reno's on our house were slowed and sometimes halted because of him.In the meantime we were paying for dumpsters,porta pots,etc.Carol who does the billing could never explain our bill and had a hard time keeping up with it all.We also didn't appreciate Rob interjecting his political views from time to time.Politics are personal and has no place in a business transaction.
At the end he held our plans hostage until we paid his inflated bills.For about 3 weeks he kept promising our plans would be ready but he never came through.His partner Freddy did intervene at the end to clear things up which we appreciated.We are sorry we started with Rob and would definitely not recommend him personally.

Dec 2024-Update-I reached out to the State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau.
The cowards wouldn’t(couldn’t) defend themselves.
Worst experience ever with this company.
Run don’t walk!!

Several weeks ago we requested a design and Freddie came to our house and seemed professional. He left and we have tried 6 times to see what next step was and he never calls us back. Left 4 voice mail messages and actually talked to someone who said he would be in touch. Still nothing. Worst treatment I have ever experienced since we made no demands on anything. We simply wanted a quote. I would run from them unless you want to be ignored. Customer service is not their strength obviously.

I paid Robert Rollins $10,000 in good faith. It took him so long that I asked for my money back and he declined. I hired someone else so I'm out my money. I wouldn't give him any down payment.

The Architecture service is good--but their book keeping is horrendous. I've tried settling my account with them multiple times. Alas, they've lost track of two checks (that were cashed--thankfully I have copies) and keep trying to get me to pay more.
