I have a Honda that I bought at this location I've talked to several different technicians in the service department and have gotten several different answers to a question about my car. It appears nobody really knows anything about my 2021 Honda Accord but they're more than happy to take a look at it if I want to bring it in and pay a diagnostic fee. Sounds like a racket to me exclamation point no thank you. Sorry I bought my car here but I will definitely take it somewhere else for service

run away as far as you can from this place.
I purchased my daughter a 2008 CR-V and took it here for a full check up. they changed the alternator and suggested to change all the fluids in the car as it was parked for 3 years. it made sense so i agreed, the fluids change alone was 1,200$. I got home and found the windshield fluid was almost out and the coolant fluid needed topping making me wonder if they did the other fluids or not.
A year before this i took my 2011 pilot for a time belt (it was 100k miles), they sold me on a bunch of other stuff saying the additional compression will blow this seal and this other will start leaking, etc. I proactively wanted to change the belt and ended up paying $4,000 in total. one of the things they said they changed was the valve cover gaskets (front and back gaskets). almost 2 years later I noticed oil spots in the garage and took the car to another shop (with the experience of the CR-V i didn't want to take it here) the mechanic said i had to change the valve gaskets, when I mentioned there were changed less than 2 years ago he said they either used cheap ones, didn't actually change it or they didn't do it properly. I had to pay 1,200$ to get it fixed. I went to Honda to speak to the manager and his only answer was that my car is old and that old cars do that, topping it with a very confrontational "what do you want?" I told him he should be responsible for at least some of the cost and he said "I will not pay for anything".

Everyone in the service department always goes above and beyond to get you in and out as quickly as possible. If the original person who checked you in is busy, the next available advisor will step in and assist you like you were his original customer. Good luck getting that type of service at other dealerships. Great service every time I go.

ATTENTION! Another Fantastic Job Completed!

Again, I was in Nevada, and I went to a dealership because I had a weird noise every time I started the car. Without Further ado, they diagnosed it wrong. But they also said I could easily drive back to Colorado without an issue, as I was leaving the next day.
This was back in September. I live in the mountain in Blackhawk. So I called Robert my service advisor, and got it in there immediately.
It ended up to be a combination of 3 different parts that was causing this issue, as the car was also running rough. ( 2019 Fit, 150k miles)
Fortunately, for me, they were all covered under my extended warranty that I purchased from Honda when I purchased the car new in 2019.

The problem was we had to get it approved through the insurance company. it took 12 phone calls, seven of those calls were made by the service advisor, the other five were by me.
I was on hold for an hour and a half each call, and I believe Robert was probably on hold for the same amount of time even though they use a different Line. It took five complete days to get the job done, mostly because the insurance company held us up. The repairs were substantial in cost around $3000. The noise was coming from the DTC actuator, along with the fuel injectors showing low readings, along with the timing chain.
A requirement by the insurance company was that we had to get a recorded sound of the initial problem which only happened when starting the car, and Only in the first three seconds. After that, you’re not gonna hear it. So the car had to be completely cold for it to make that noise. That problem in itself took three of the five days, because every time we sent the voice recording, The insurance companies website didn’t pick it up and we had to redo it over and over again.
I NEVER COMPLAINED, NOT FOR 1 SECOND!

I’ve read a lot of your reviews, and your complaints. I don’t know how any of them could happen because I’ve never experienced any of the issues that I read.
One Lady said that she pulled into the Service area and she didn’t get immediate attention, and she blamed it on her race! REALLY? Take a good look around MILE HIGH HONDA and you will find a multitude of people from all over the world!
Just because you didn’t get immediate service, (Especially in the middle of the day when these people are running like rabbits around that dealership, trying to get all the work done), Does Not make your complaint Valid. I’ve never seen any type of racism in this place at all!

Then I Read a review about someone who claimed that the dealership put an ad out and it was price gouging or it was false advertising. WELL SIR, If that really happened, Why didn’t you use that to your advantage? You’re just gonna run out of the place with your tail between your legs? No Way!
I would have been there the next morning in the General managers Office, negotiating a great deal! So did that really happen? I don’t believe it.
Do some dealerships have bad apples like bad salesman? Of course they do! Are some salesman smarter than others? Of course!
Is 1 service advisor better than another? Probably!
But, Overall, these people have high standards, and there’s not one issue that can happen with a sales person or a service advisor that cannot be solved easily through the general manager.
I feel that there is a small percentage of people that don’t know how to handle issues when it comes to shopping Large ticket items, and are EXTREMELY impatient!
BACK TO THE RESULTS:
Robert worked relentlessly to make sure that the insurance company covered everything they were obligated to cover, countless hours on the phone,
Along with My Favorite Mechanic of all Time “Tyler” who went way out of his way to do all the diagnosis over and over and over again until He Got it Right! Yes, I was frustrated, tired, but NEVER DISAPPOINTED! They uniformly did a Fantastic Job, and got through all the Road blocks, and there were many!
ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE, MECHANICS, and Management.

I made an appointment ahead of time. I Did my research before I brought my car in, told them what I wanted them to look into, they explained that there was a $200 diagnostic fee that they wave if they cannot recreate the issue or the issue is under warranty. My issue was under warranty. They didn’t charge me anything, washed my car, and it was ready for pick up same day! Erika in the service center was great and I was able to text her to get updates on my car.
