I was wanting to trade in my older bike for some time. This was because my youngest son purchased a 2024 Road Glide this summer. His experience was nothing but 5 stars. The support from Parker Harley. And the great team that was there supporting him all the way through his difficult discussions[ 22 years old ] if he should go through this big purchase. Needless to say my son was on his way home after he threw his leg on a few bikes and finally road home on his new bike. My experience was also great. My decision to finally move forward on my new 2024 Road Glide purchase was also being fully supported by the great Team from Parker Harley.. Neil,Rich, Garrett ,Robby, Christian, and Stephanie in financing. It took all of them to convince my lovely wife of 32 years and counting this was a great Deal.

I traded in 3 bikes to Mile High. Each time they treated me with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Each upgrade they gave me a more than fair deal on my bikes. They worked out a plan that was affordable for me and now i happily own a 2023 Road Glide. I highly suggest the protection plans. Especially the VIP membership. Although I have not had any issues, I have peace of mind. The VIP package pays for itself just in oil changes and maintenance costs. The folks at Mile High in Parker are a great group of people and knowledgeable.

I thought the staff was extremely personable and friendly. The whole process was fast and smooth. Rich was exceptional and made the test rides fun. Christian was really helpful and endearing. Jesse was responsive and had all the bikes that I wanted to test ride out front and ready to go. There wasn’t any haggling and they were able to get my payments a lot closer to my desired amount. The only reason I’m not giving them five stars, is the refurbishing fee of $999.99 that was added to the loan. I understand some bikes need some work to make them sellable, but a bike that only had 1500 miles on seemed a little ridiculous to have to pay a refurbishing fee. That being said, the dealership was transparent and I didn’t feel like anything was hidden. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Harley. I would just say to anyone that when you see the price of a used bike, go ahead and add 2K to that price for their fees. There’s also an admin fee and a document prep fee. Everything else you can waive, but not the fees.

I purchased a new Harley from Mile High Parker yesterday. The deal went down smooth and quick. Because I was in my car they even got the bike delivered to my house within a hour of finalizing the deal. Jesse the Sales Representative I worked with represented the Dealership and Harley Davidson very well. Great experience.
