From scheduling our visit, our test drive, to the laborious paperwork, Izzy made it as efficient as possible. My first time at Mile High Acura was this past week and I was more shocked at the customer service than anything else - or lack there of?

Usually when I pull my car into any Acura to get it serviced, someone will come out to greet me. I didn’t see any of that, when I walked in there were not 1 or 2 but 3 service guys sitting on their computer. The guy that first helped me was really nice and I wish I knew his name but that was honestly only after I had approached him.

He introduced me to my service provider, which barely spoke to me anyways and then I was told my car would take an hour or up to an hour and a half to finish. Took almost two hours lol for an oil change and maintenance check.

After they sent me a text of what was needed to be fixed, I declined since my husband could change most of it himself, my service provider told me that the only thing left was my car to be washed. Which they didn’t even vacuum the inside of the car Usually all other Acuras clean the outside and vacuum the inside.

Maybe this is because where I’m from, they take customer service very seriously but it was not taken it the day I was there.

Also when my car was done being washed, the service provider didn’t even have the courtesy to bring my car to me, I had to walk to my car lol I understand how all of this can sound silly but when you have other Acuras providing excellent customer service through and through, that is what you always expect. I disappointed with this one.

Also, how dare the service provider text me telling me that only excellent gets him a passing grade when he didn’t do anything to deserve excellent.

Decent service. They didn't have my appointment on the calendar but Miguel got me in right away and the car was done quickly. However, they didn't put the engine filter lid back on correctly after I refused their offer to replace the filters. The screws were still loose when I installed the new filters. And since I had the car serviced in September/October, I have received far too many messages wanting to "earn my business" to replace the filters. I called the manager and asked to be removed and I'm still getting them. Courtesy Acura sends ZERO messages. They will be getting my business because of this.

I just wanna say I was so happy with the service I received. Even at 7 in the morning when nobody wants to be up I was still welcomed into a very warm and welcoming environment. Even waiting with the other customers was fun! You have some great conversations. A courtesy multi point was performed on my car and they were very good about checking out my small concern with a cabin filter which I ended up not needing and letting me know anything else they recommended or anything else that may have been needed especially due to mileage. STEVE thank you so much for taking care of my car, making me laugh, and making me want to come back. I will always recommend my friends and family with an Acura to come here. And anyone else reading as well. Even if it’s just for some simple service.
Prices are very reasonable for the work. Sometimes it’s hard to find a good place who will take care of your car with a decent price on an oil change.
Also side note: your guys coffee machine is incredible!
