The fact is they hire a third party to sell their services over the phone, these people are paid by the sale, so they will tell you whatever you want to hear.
This is 3rd and last time I scheduled aeration. I am always told that they can schedule morning or afternoon and they will call BEFORE arriving.
I scheduled the afternoon. Came home at 11. Front yard was already aerated very poorly and hit sprinklers. obviously back yard was not aerated due to locked gate. This service was supposed to Free due to them screwing me last year.
They emailed me bill immediately, which I disputed.. GOOD LUCK GETTING BILLING RESOLVED..
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY OUTFIT.
P.S. THEY CASE YOUR HOUSE/PROPERTY WHILE THEY ARE THERE, I HAVE IT ON VIDEO..

Somehow, this guy got my number years ago. Even though I have repeatedly put my number on a do not call list and requested I be removed from his list, he continually calls! This is illegal.

CUSTOMER BEWARE
We had the company come out the prior year to Aerate and fertilize. They did not fertilize but charged us for it. We called to let them know and no one ever came back out. The following year which is this year 2020 we called them to do the same service. We explained to the them the situation that we paid last year for a service never received. The company said they would come out and aerate and do the fertilizing for free due to us paying for it the prior year. The gentleman came out to do the aeration asked for the money which was $39 I gave him $40 in cash. I started to look on my Camera to see if the service was done for the fertilizing and IT WAS NOT! I called them back and let them know I’ve already paid your worker, but there was no fertilization done to my grass. They sent him back out and it was done, BUT now they are trying to charge me for it and saying that I never paid the driver to begin with. This has been the worst service I have ever had. I will never do business with this company again!!! If you are smart you would choose a different company even if they are a little more expensive so you don’t get taken like we have. They lost a great customer over a service we paid for but are trying to collect again

They did a good enough job on lawn aeration many years ago, but I cannot recommend them because they will not stop robo calling me year after year no matter what I do. I wish I had never used them or given them my phone number. I have requested to have my number removed to no avail.

Really poor service. Rescheduled my sprinkler blowout only to send someone that didn't know what they were doing. Days later, the second guy got it right. I also ordered aeration service that they rescheduled twice and then told me my lawn was too steep.
