I have not actually shopped here, but called them looking for a part. They did not have it but they did a statewide search for it without me asking. They were very helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to go out of my way to deal with them in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Steve Standiford. He goes out of his way to make me feel confident in my purchases and even more importantly how to use my equipment after the purchase. He is always just a text message away if i have a question. He has treated me like this for 9 years, since i lived in Paris and its high time i give him the praise he deserves. Just made another purchase yesterday and business as usual. today he made sure i understood everything about my new tractor loader. for a novice like me this type of service is priceless.

The rating numbers do not go low enough for this place. Called about a gator they had, Steve, not Stevie, said oh yes we have it. And we just opened so come on down and if you come now I will mark it down to a special price this morning. We drove special trip from Frankfort to Paris to purchase the gator. When we got there he couldnt find it. He looked around a bit and found it in an out of the way place not easily seen. The other guy is out of town but let me call him, says Steve. He walks away while on the call then comes back and says, Well he sold it yesterday and took payment. Yesterday was Christmas day. Not only was the store NOT open but he said the guy was out of town. Really? So what has happened here is it was hidden to save it for someone else and we were just lied to. This place is dishonest and we will never do business there nor should you. They cannot be trusted. Also moments after we were there the gator was marked online as Sale Pending when we were told it was bought and paid for. As we were leaving, Steve knew it was all wrong as he could not even look at us.

They didn't have our part in stock but I asked them to contact Georgetown store. G-town store had in stock and held under our account. Paris personnel were helpful.
