Wish I could give him zero stars. I called him on my lunch break at 10 am to ask if he could fit us in today to fix a stud, put on a tire, and do an alignment. (We had to get new tires last minute at walmart late at night because my husband got off work to see a flat tire) walmart couldn't put on the 4th tire due to the stud. I called and the owner was so rude. He said "ma'am it's nearly 11 o'clock and you want me to try to fit you in?" Mind you, I had to call on my lunch break so yes...and if he couldn't all he had to say was sorry probably not today. Then he asked what happened. I explained the walmart situation in which he responded "oh I see you went to walmart first and now you're calling me?" And laughed at me. I responded "yes we had to get tires" he then responded "oh you just HAD to get them?".."well call me back Friday and let me know if you figure it out"... He would have NEVER spoken like that to my husband..​

I pulled in about an hour and a half before closing, and every door was open and a vehicle was on every rack. I didn't get the manager's name, but he took my ATV tire and fixed it right away. Im going to use Master Muffler & Brake for my vehicle maintenance.

Went in to get my front brakes changes and he was able to see me instantly and got them changed quick and above and beyond customer service ill be going here for future repairs

Have used this shop for repair and maintenace of all our vehicles (truck, minivans) since 2007, after moving to area from Alaska. It's an impressive, if informal, operation with deep technical knowledge and skill as well as a boatload of customer care and enpathy. I highly recommed them, and Rusty, the owner and boss.

I do not recommend this place at all. I got an alignment done. The man at the desk was terribly rude.( slamming) stuff. Didn’t even align my tires right. Still pulling horribly to the right side. I paid $91 for them not to even do there job !! If I give a 0 star I would’ve.
