We’ve worked with Nancy on several projects for our home. First, she is an absolute professional. She nailed our vision on each of them, on time (even with adjustments for permitting—exactly as she'd made sure we understood from our very first consult), and within budget.

Her knowledge of classical and contemporary architecture is exceptional, and her knowledge of permitting and real-world processes and municipal challenges were extremely helpful. Personality-wise, she's extremely down to earth and easy to work with, unlike other architects in the area. She's honest to a fault and was always reachable.

Frankly, with each new project we assumed she'd be out of our reach due to the quality of her work and how in demand she is, but each time we reached out, she got right back to us and it was like working with a favorite friend again.

Nancy unfortunately is a frustratingly incompetent and an inexperienced architect. I hired and paid her (double our agreed upon amount) and she designed a guesthouse/ADU, that could not/would not /does not fit proportionally with my property nor within the Town's Conservation department’s designated area on my property. She took no ownership of her mistakes, and only worried about continuing to get paid to revise her ill-fitting design. A highly experienced framer/builder who works with the most complex of houses and ultimately crafts the most spectacular work and my newly hired, very reputable/experienced architect both confirmed my description given the documents she produced. It is exceedingly disappointing and frustrating to write this review however, I am now months behind in starting, with thousands of dollars waisted/spent for the design of a house that won’t fit on my property because of her arrogance and lack of architectural skills.
