A family of five and three dogs with no water is a MAJOR emergency, especially if you’re on a well. I called around desperate on Sunday morning, but being an old house although new to us, we had no previous relationship with a well company and everyone was booked. We were referred to Loren Findorak and what a blessing when Jessica answered and said they’d be right out! Within a few hours the truck was in our driveway and repair complete to get us running water. They did find two of our tank bladders had burst which made sense and we ended up removing 3 large tanks and replacing for one tank and a more efficient system the next week. We are so grateful to Jessica and all the guys at Loren Findorak and Sons who brought the water back!

This was not the first time we’ve called Findorak with a problem and, if needed again, it definitely will not be our last.
For weeks we had been dealing with low water pressure. Realizing it wasn’t going to “go away” I called Findorak Thursday morning, Nick was here at 11 am, the problem and options were discussed, estimates were emailed that afternoon and an appointment was made to do the work the following day.
They were here on time and went straight to work. This issue was completely solved in a little over 24 hours and we now have excellent water pressure!
Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, prompt, and trustworthy. We’re fortunate to have a company like this in town.

Great local business! We woke up a Saturday morning at 6am with no water in our home but I was able to speak with someone at Loren Findorak Drilling about an hour later and they came by soon thereafter to assess the situation. The problem was completely fixed later that morning. Excellent professional customer service and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable pump servicing company

Findorak put in our well, softener, and conditioner almost 15 years ago and we’ve been with them since. I believe that Findorak knows wells and water treatment better than anyone else. We inherited another company for an investment property and they were clueless. Findorak has my endorsement, 100%!

Our well pump went, we called Findorak and they came right away. They made a great suggestion on upgrading to a constant pressure tank and I couldn’t be happier. We get continual pressure and our pump is fixed. The work looks really clean and the staff was super courteous. Another plus was getting rid of that huge galvanized tank. Highly recommend!

An amazing company to deal with. We needed a new water softener and Chris and team came out to install one. Reasonably priced and amazing serivce! When our well was acting wonky (i'm sure there is a more technical term), we called and Chris was there within hours. Reasonably priced, great service and friendly too - couldn't ask for more from a small, local business!

We used Findorak when our water stopped working and they came right out, diagnosed the issue and had us fixed within hours. Recently my parents had water on the floor from their water tank and Chris came out within an hour and diagnosed the issue on a holiday. The next business day they showed up first thing in the morning and replaced the tank. My parents and I are beyond thrilled. Highly recommend
