Edit: Hi David, we did fortunately have the pleasure of meeting. Otherwise, the very intricate details of my post wouldnt make any sense. That's okay though, I know you're almost too busy being cool calm and collected, on the phone, and with your employees, to remember the countless faces that walk through your doors. I mean, you all are ALWAYS hiring, which must be a great sign for such a small team. Anyway, I'd rather not call. I know how busy being cool calm and collected must be, plus I'm very undeserving of the praise with which you shout to the moon, over the phone. Anyway, slander is a misrepresentation of actual events, so if my post is slanderous you must just be being humble, because there is NO WAY that you're some sort of tyrant that spouts off racial slurs or yells and berates your employees. Even a thorough third- party investigation of former employees would NEVER reveal such a thing.

A+ company to work with. The owner is calm, cool, and collected throughout the day, and only aims to please his clients and moreso his employees. Neighbors can hear from the streets his overwhelming praise of customers and employees alike.

With roughly ten shop employees that are on call 24 hours a day/7 days a week, regardless of their children, personal lives, etc. this company excels at treating their employees right! So much so that nearly every employee in the last few years has moved on to new horizons, thanks to the owner's guidance and rock-solid willpower. The majority of new employees are taught so well, that within a single days worth of work they are sent off to the big leagues; somewhere else.

Despite the stresses of the job, and their absolutely stellar organization for inventory and scheduling, the calm and cool owner still finds time to calmly check on every project every 6 seconds to ensure quality.

The collected and cool owner is prior-military and runs his father's shop with grace, and even-temperment that would make the likes of a Shaolin monk bow in honor. The well maintained and dust/dent free Harley that his father owned hangs within 1/16 of an inch of a bay door to honor a truly great calm, cool, and collected business owner; a business of which thrived under the owner's father's reign.

They are well known throughout the industry for their quality, of which is bar none above the rest in terms of calm cool and collected phone calls to clients especially when a problem arises. No issue is too great to speak to the client calmly and absolutely respectfully.

My star rating greatly represents how I and most of the industry feels about this great company, and their calm cool and collected owner.

It aint a fake profile. Just dont need my name out there and there isnt a way to make it anonymous. dont need you lashing out at me and talking to my company something you WOULD do. That reply is real genuine but l know that it would NOT be the same in person

The VP of the company is downright rude. Can hear him yelling once a month down the street. He doesnt manage with respect but fear instead and business practices are sketchy when quoting customers for work. All in all a terrible place to work with/for and most people in the industry are aware of it. SLAVE drivers. My sympathy goes out to the people that work there.

Response: Approaching a review like this is incredibly telling of the temperment of a company and/or its management. If this truly is an owner of the company, then it would behoove you to know exactly who I am, and what business I run; neither a small-fry operation, nor a business without a very vast network in Tampa. Perhaps rather than calling you, you should consider looking more closely at your contacts list, or even copies of prior invoices.

My company and I have had a few less-than-desireable experiences using this company. I wouldn't normally write a review of this sort, but I cannot begin to express how disappointed I have been with their work over the last couple of years, and recent attempts to resolve these problems, have only yielded more issues.

Prior to 2019 they were aces, but it seems like they lost something in the last few years. Even the normally friendly techs seem really run-down, and it reflects in their work.

I hope that whatever is going on is just a slump, but as a business owner, I cannot make exception after exception, and lose time and money in the process.
