Llegue al establecimiento a las 9:21 pm del día de hoy 05/02/2021 y la puerta estaba cerrada y el horario en la puerta decía que la hora de cierre era a las 10:00 pm.
Solamente el drive tru estaba abierto.
Nos tuvimos que ir.

These are my favorite doughnuts by far, but the customer service here made is smashing. Jameasha ( I hope I spelled right) made the trip extra special. She was the example of how employees should treat customers. I so be coming back because of her. Take note of that supervisor. I would tell anyone to come here.

I was excited to order the new Harvest Collection today as an advertisement was sent to my email. I placed an order at my local store and was very disappointed at what I received. The collection is supposed to come with 3 Spiced Apple Filled Doughnuts, 3 Salted Caramel Cheesecake Doughnuts, 3 Oatmeal Kreme™ Pie Doughnuts & 3 Maple Buttercreme Doughnuts. Pic to show what was received. And they actually had the missing donuts on display for purchase in the store. DO BETTER!

Its krispy kreme there is nothing not to like. I got 2 dozen donunts and needed it broke down into 4 half dozen boxes. The lady helping me was very accommodating very friendly. Great service yiu dont see that much anymore . I do hate they stopped making the lemon filled donuts. But wont stop me from going.

Over $14 for 2 small coffees and 4 donuts, KK Don't say they're raspberry filled you should say " hint of raspberry " very very dissapointed in them.
There are pleanty of donut options out there. Pass on this one
Update: I answered the customer satisfaction questionnaire at the bottom of my receipt, it says they will contact you within 3 days,..,
Never ever heard from them.
Poor quality overpriced product not worth the purchase price.

I ordered 1 donut today and received the wrong item. How hard can it be to get 1 donut right? The custard donut I got was stale and had only a small amount of custard in it. $2.45 for 1 stale, lousy donut. Wake up Krispy Kreme before you lose every last customer at this location!
