After noticing standing water around my home after rainy days, I got a quote from K&R Home Services. Ray suggested a 100 ft curtain drain system with a redirect of 2 of my downspouts. His quote was very competitive, and though I had to wait a few months for install, I am very pleased with how it all looks. He and his team were quick (took about a day and a half) and even cleaned up afterwards. I would certainly recommend him!

Ray is as good as they come. Honest, trustworthy and does what he says he’s gonna do. I needed a french drain installed and he got it done exactly as he said he would.

My husband and I recently hired K&R Home Services and I can’t tell you how happy we are with our choice. K&R Home Services is a family owned business that takes great pride in what they offer. I found them through a Google search and requested an estimate via their website. Ray (co owner) contacted me promptly and agreed to come to my home the following day. I was surprised by this because I have had contractors in Knoxville refuse to come to Oliver Springs due to the distance. From our first meeting, Ray has demonstrated his professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer service. It’s clear that he wants to ensure his clients’ satisfaction. He does high quality work and told me that he would work on my home as if he were working on his own. What more could you ask for when you hire someone? Fair pricing? Ray came out and helped me figure out the best way to divert the standing water issue I had at the front of my house. We decided on a French drain system and burying three downspouts. Ray and his help came out and installed the drains in very timely manner and did an excellent job! I’m very satisfied with the result as there is no more standing water in my drive and front of house. He is very easy to work with on scheduling too. I highly recommend Ray and his team

Ray is awesome. He delivers what he promises and more. We found his prices to be very reasonable and he even drove an hour to our home in Cleveland to do the job.
