Was treated with the utmost kindness and help. I auditioned some amps and got all the time and advice that I needed. Great products from a great variety of brands of which none of pushed by the sellers.

All the high-end hifi stores in London largely sell the same equipment or are able to source/demo. What distinguishes them is the customer service. Fair to say customer service here is bottom of the pile.

Visited their showroom today and it was that classic scenario of ‘if you look a certain way you probably can’t afford what we sell’. I was followed very closely around the store and when trying to engage with the salesman he was dismissive, blunt and answered typically with one word. A staggeringly poor experience and has affirmed my decision to shop elsewhere for the same products. Another retailer, Premium Sound, has customer experience second to none and demonstrates what a high-end hifi shopping experience should be. KJ West One should take some notes!

I’m a bit overcome at the salesman’s attitude to what should be an enjoyable interaction - discussing the products which bring the passion of audio to life. However it felt as though I was an inconvenience to him. Rest assured I shan’t inconvenience him again and will take my business elsewhere.

Excellent experience over the weekend at KJ West One. Entered with the intention to quietly browse. It's a great layout with some remarkable products. I pleasantly ended leaving with some fantastic knowledge and new product information. Staff were attentive, friendly and really know their product range! Truly fantastic. Will be back very soon...
