The inability to contact American Water is ridiculous! First, I was way ahead on THAT bill. Now it shows me behind and getting ahold of a representative is like pulling teeth. Jeez! Not a happy customer....

A main break is understandable. Not communicating information to customers is UNACCEPTABLE! Water has been off for about 7-8 hours with no info on status of repair or approximate time of restoration. Again, TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Someone needs to take responsibility for this.

There are 3 people living in my house all new plumbing inside I have a 71.00 water bill I asked American Water to come check it out and see what is going on the woman who takes payments at the owenton office tells me that is my issue, they will not do anything but read the meter. I said this own normal she said sorry you will have to figure it out! Great job American Water
