Was referred to them by a friend. Was very informative in the beginning with my tow truck. Took them 5 months to repair and was not keeping me updated. Every time I called I didn't get an answer and then would never call back. When I did reach Ken or his wife they were always out of town. After receiving my vehicle and paying $1900 for repairs I literally drove it for 10 minutes and the same problem happened again I reached out to Ken he told me to give him a day or two and then bring it back but day or two turned into a month after returning my truck to him it literally sat in the same spot for about 3 months. The shop was always closed and they never answered my calls. When someone finally did call they told me my truck was almost done when actually it had never been touched. Now I'm out of $2k plus thousands in loss wages from not being able to work and its like they didn't even care I am so disappointed in there service. I sent a text asking for my vehicle they parked it in the middle of the street sent a text and said "It's outside" Worst service ever in the process of filing a small claims suit

Ken and Rita are wonderful people! I called last minute and they were willing to service my truck. Without them I wouldn’t be able to drive to see my family for thanksgiving. On top of that, they know what they’re doing. I couldn’t ask for a better company to work on my truck.

This was post storms they had power and where open for business when they felt like but trying to get anything completed out of here good luck can't even get him to return a phone call!!!!

Worst experience every 8 days and I couldn't even get a single call back from him and then I find out he's in North Florida not even in the area as my vehicle sits there every day I was told he will call you but it never happened!!!!

I have had a couple of Ford Super Duties over the years and if you own one you know that even with the best maintenance you will have repair issues from time to time and they can be very costly.
Currently I drive a 2007 with a 6.0 Power Stroke that I bought new. During the course of the last 13 years I have taken the truck to dealers and various mechanics for service when I needed it - that is until a dealer mechanic did me a favor, took me aside and told me about Ken.
Now I don't go anywhere else.
Ken at Ken's High Tech has done my maintenance and repairs now for about 8 years and he has saved me thousands of dollars. Recently I took my truck in to have the engine changed out due to the truck having 562,000 miles on the engine. Ken installed a Ford re-manufactured engine and the necessary extras needed for that sort of repair. The result is that I now have a new running truck again looking forward to another 500,000 miles.
This time Ken saved me $6,700. over what the dealer wanted for the same repair and roughly $50,000. when you consider the price to replace the tuck.
Whether you need routine maintenance or a major repair, Ken has already done it many times and will advise you honestly and fairly. He is top rated for excellence given only when proven by Ford Motor Co which is very rare to find outside of the dealer garage.
After you meet Ken and his sweet wife Rita you will have new friends for life.

Fantastic experience at Ken's! They quoted me about $700 less than Midas for the same job and got it done quickly and correctly. Ken's wife Rita even drove me to work when I dropped off my car! They treat you like family and it's such a pleasure to have found an honest and trustworthy mechanic!

I met Mr. ken and he was the most professional owner/worker I’ve ever met. They say you can tell how hard a man works by how dirty his hands are and mr ken met the bill!!! I will be back!!!
