Omg!!!! You talkn about prompt service here! I googled one company and was turned on to this company which worked out hand and hand! I spoke with Angel and met with Ken... its a service charge on the weekend but who cares ❤ when you need service immediately! Well they did just that!!! Our RV hose burst on the hydraulic jack yesterday late evening and as you can see with the pictures I'm gonna post we were able to place the new one on that Ken prepared and it was perfect!! Thank you.. you guys ? rock. They are the ? bomb when it comes to business. The orange one was a goner! And the black one fits perfectly ?...and Ken gave us GREAT knowledgeable tips for our RV! Thanks Ken ?

Look at that welding job ,the heavy gauge steel conforms to the machine so nicely. This was a nightmare bobcat I bought but only someone with kens excellent skills could of fixed it.
I’m very impressed with the service and all the staff, friendly too. and am always able to get a hold of someone even if there on vacation lol .

Ken’s equipment repair is an excellent company to work with. They were able to help us get our scissor lift back up and rolling quickly. They had a towing company pick it up from our building and haul it to his shop which was super helpful, being we had no way to transport it. Linda who worked in the office was very helpful in arranging all of that. They seem to have a great team and we are thankful for their wonderful service. We are a local church in the Longwood area.

I had a forklift that had broken down. Ken had a tech come out to take a look. They had the part and was able to get it back in service. They do good work and I will definitely call them next time I need service.

A hydraulic like broke on the jack hammer attachment I was using. Since it Saturday every place in town is closed for business until Monday. I called Ken I could tell he was out with him family but he met me at his shop personally one hour later and repaired it for me. I will be right back to work tomorrow and not pushed behind on my deadline. It's hard to find Amazing customer service like this anymore. Ken is a Good man this was my second time he helped me out in an emergency. I recommend everyone give him a shot you won't regret it.

Had them come out, looked at machine, went to make hyro hose that was broke which they were supposed to make on truck. Left for 3 hours although they are 15 minutes away from shop. Came back, installed hose and charged me for hose me 5 hours. Really. $ 125.00 HOUR. Will not be using again and this was a few years ago. Why am i writing this now, just came across there company . Brought back memories
