Two-stage pump off Cummins ISL in a 20 year old motorhome that prior owner had cross-threaded the suction line into the aluminum housing. After years of driving it finally let go. I was able to temp fix and return to garage where I removed the now slowly leaking line & pump. Kennedy was then able to re-drill and tap for an oversized suction line fitting AND rebuild the pump. Kennedy was up front about pricing and the disassembly charge to determine if the pump could be saved. Couldn't be happier that I avoided cost of a new $2,000 pump (if one is still available). Would definitely return to Kennedy should any further hydraulic issues arise with the coach.

Beware, terrible service and crooks! They told us that our hydraulic valve would be $50 to inspect and then they would call us to let us know what it looked like and that the $50 would go towards the repairs. They also told us it would only take 1/2 and hour to an hour to repair. We decided to have them check it out, after several days and us calling them they finally told me Friday morning that our valve was the next to be worked on and they would call. I waited all day and called them after not hearing anything from them. They then proceeded to tell me that it was going to be around $400 - $500. I told them that I would just buy a new one for under $150. The man at that point got short with me and said fine, you can just have it back in pieces. I could have just left it with them and not paid a dime but I sent my son to pick up the part. When he returned he told me that they charged $100! I'm fine with paying the agreed inspection charge of $50 but to be charged $100 and have it returned in pieces, that's the worst mechanic move ever to pay someone to fix something and just get it back in pieces. If I take it apart I know how it goes back together, anyway that doesn't matter as I won't be using it anyway but the point is that they were not honest, didn't communicate when they told me they would call after inspection and then rude when I didn't want to spend so much to have it fixed. This company has horrible service and very dishonest! What a joke, don't use them! It's much cheaper to buy a new replacement on the internet than to waste so much time and money on these dishonest joker's!!

I have only written a few bad reviews in my entire life and this is the tops for me. I have taken two motors in for repair or replacement, Dennis is the rudest owner I have ever talked with. I have been using Kennedy for more than 10 years and the service has always been expensive but good. To be upset that I'm asking a question over a potential $3000 replacement, like I'm bothering him, are you kidding me? I found both of my motors for $1000 total at Western Hydrostatics or Sun-Source. I wish Dennis and his company no ill will, but he will never get any of my business again and I will no longer be recommending Kennedy Hydraulics to anyone that I know. To put this in perspective I spend thousands of dollars a year with this company and send thousands a year to him as well, never again.

Did even want to put 1 star, this place is a rip off they want to over charge you and they want payment before they even start to work on your equipment. Before knowing what you need. I called them to ask bout the charge they put on my credit card and this guy put me hold for about 5 mins and then just hung up
I will never do businesswith them again and I will not recommend them to anyone

Extremely unsatisfied & upset customer! I call for a quote and told I need to bring in my parts for a quote. I drive over 60 miles and leave parts there. I get a call later that repairs will cost over $530 with taxes & only a 30 day warranty. Ridiculously high! At that price I can get a new one. I told the employee not to proceed with repairs as I will not be using their services after all! I arrive there to pick up my parts and told I owe them $200! What? They did no repairs, to top it off I look at my parts and now more broken parts then before I dropped them off. Snap ring bent, and much more damage to parts. They are the professionals but yet cause more damage. Now I have to pay more $$$ to repair what they now broke. I told the sales guy you all are nothing but a rip off! Then the sales guy literally dropped my cylinder and other parts onto concrete! I was recommended this company by Hughes Towing. I strongly recommend not to go to them unless you want to get ripped off.

A giant thank you to Kennedy Hydraulics for donating some ruined piston/cylinder assemblies to education. My physics class got an incredible practical lesson in Pascal’s law, along with exposure to torque, working with basic hand tools, and just plain getting their hands dirty. We figured the 2 inch cylinder, with a 3000 psi pump, could exert a little over 9000 pounds of force! The students loved it. Wish I could share pictures, but the students are all minors! Nevertheless, a big thanks from the class and this teacher.

If being berated and talked down to is your thing, call these guys! They will curse at you and tell you they need to go get their crystal ball when you inquire about rebuilding a cylinder.
