I have been using Joy Automotive since 2019, when I got around the place. Great dedication to customer satisfaction, clean place, professionalism, detailed receipt after service...all you can need for peace of mind when you spend money on your car. Also, when you bring your car for an issue and they find something else, Bill will call you right away and let you know. I wish they could keep working on Saturdays like before. It was easier for people like me who are mostly busy during the week. Sadly, I started going somewhere else around, only due to my schedule, and regretted it. I will find a way to come back

10/10 - Highly recommend coming here for any issues you may have with your vehicle. I went to another shop who was trying to charge 3x the price we paid at Joy Automotive. They were able to detect the issue, explain the issue to me, and fix the problem that day! Very trustworthy & honest business.

Amazing customer service! Had another local shop charge us 200$ to check out a windshield wiper motor and transmission. Told us it was completely busted. So we decided to check out JOY AUTOMOTIVE for a second opinion and I will not look back! They did what the "He shall not be named" did but, for free.

I'll also add that Joy are Honest people, they informed us the entire assembly was in fact not destroyed and only needed a new motor. Thanks for saving us from the grasps of bad mechanics Joy! You just gained a new customer for sure! Bill is an awesome fella, I suggest everyone go to Joy for any of your auto needs, if he can't fix it, he can point you where to go! Service is Par None.

These people are the best! They have excellent services and excellent prices. I have experienced a lot of other shops advising me to get services done with some unnecessary repairs. That’s not the case with Joy Automotive. They are honest about what you need And really don’t need. I appreciate them and I will Continue to take all of my automobiles to them whenever I need anything done. Thank you for your excellent service!!!
