The workmanship provided by Jonathan and his team at JC Fabrication on a flybridge shade structure was some of the best I've ever seen. Communication was easy and the job was done promptly. I also wanted some additional custom grabs rails and he exactly matched those provided by the manufacturer. He exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend his services.

Jonathan, owner of J.C. Marine Service and Fabrication, designed, engineering, fabricated and installed a custom stainless steel solar panel framework which also served as a rack for two kayaks on a sailing catamaran owned by a friend of mine. The design was perfect and fabrication (welding) was exceptional, even better than the original welding on the boat.

I then asked Jonathan to construct a davit for our WaveRunner over the swim platform on our Leopard 51 PC. Again, Jonathan and his team came up with a design and construction that surpassed anything we have seen on the market. He found and installed the electric winch and a different (better) switch than the one that came with the winch. He also installed a limit switch and a fail-safe locking mechanism to lock the davit in place. His engineering and construction was impeccable.

Since then he has rebuilt our power-steering system, fixed our autopilot, fixed our hydraulic swim platform and most recently creatively re-engineered our gangway stairs to better work on our boat. All of this was done at a fair price and with a graciousness that is rare in the marine services industry. He has earned my trust and the trust of others to whom I have referred him.

Jonathan and Lucas did some fantastic work for us. We have a 20yr old Catalina 470, and they helped us rebuild the in-mast roller furler, and fabricated new deck handrails too. Both jobs were reasonably priced, and quality work. Highly recommend these guys!

I purchased a power catamaran that did not offer an option to buy with a "more traditional" style davit system rather the only option was a swim/dingy/lift platform that I was not interested in. I came to Jonathan with a rough design plan where he then tweaked and added as necessary to make strong and functional. From start to finish Jonathan and his crew worked morning through night to get the job done. I had a limited time to complete this job due to shipping logistics and as things go with custom fabrication a few roadblocks along the way yet Jonathan's crew were prepared to work through the night to ensure they got the job done. The stainless steel work is first class, the guys treated my boat like it was their own, and the price/estimate was spot on and very competitive. I am a 100% satisfied customer and would highly recommend JC Marine to anyone looking for quality work. Once I get the final touches done on the davit system (and ladder that JC Marine fabricated for me), I will be posting pictures to show off their fantastic work.

Jonathan and his team (including Scott and Zack) at J.C. Marine Services and Fabrication were outstanding to deal with in every aspect - they showed up when they said they would, and performed top notch work on our new (to us) Lagoon 42, including replacing our standing rigging, installing an Ion Dissipator, and solving a mysterious low voltage issue with our windlass, which took expertise and patience. I highly recommend this company - we were under a tight deadline to leave for the Bahamas, and can now head out with the confidence that everything works as designed, has been done well and within our budget! He fabricated a rack for our Kayaks and also did a fantastic job adding more solar panels.
