The jack x change has a knowledgeable caring staff and helped with a non functional floor jack. After an evaluation and determination that my all aluminum jack can’t be serviced if any new parts were needed they took in the back a bled the air out and and made it work again 2 guys worked on it for about 10-15 minutes and refused payment. I’ve been using Jack x change for many years and have never been disappointed. Thanks again

Super friendly staff. First time visiting them, they didn't stock the seals I needed to rebuild my hydraulic pumps. But they had no problem sending me directly to their supplier, so I could get them the same day in order to get my machines back up and running. Once I got the seals needed. They rebuilt my pumps in a very timely fashion. Very impressed with their work. Highly recommend.

We own a couple of small Power Team pumps. Jack X Change has been the only place we can trust to fix them right. We have to make the drive up from San Diego to Anaheim, but know its worth it because we have tried numerous hydraulic shops in san diego and they don’t deliver like Jack X Change does. Ricardo and Gene were extremely helpful on my last visit. I thought one of our pumps was failing, and it turns out it was operator error. They showed me the simple fix to the problem I was having. Great guys, I can’t thank them enough.

It is a chor in and of itself to find the rare company that will repair hydraulic pump equipment. I must have called seven separate companies. Regrettably, It would seem the companies who do are very VERY painfully aware of this.

I found Jack Xchange after the previous company I had taken the pump to, who'd been dragging their feet, had stretched simply getting an estimate from the next day clear into the next week. Apparently this behavior seems to be an industry norm.

Jack xchange took two weeks, telling me I'd get a call back. Two days into the third week, I CALLED them. They offered no apology and said they'd call back with an estimate. Finally getting said estimate, we gave them the go ahead. And a couple days later I call again and ask if its ready. I was told they would be ready the following morning. The next day I drove the 56 minute drive from LA to Anaheim, got there an hour and twenty minutes after they'd been open to meet their somewhat rude receptionist who told me the pump wasn't ready.

I was less halfway through my complaints about the service I'd been receiving when she abruptly dismissed herself to go get someone else for me to talk to.

The new lady who had replaced the previous one, went to the back for a few minutes, then told me it would be ready in 45 minutes, essentially stranding me there till then. They offered to mail it to us the next day, but at this point, they'd exhausted any good faith I might have had for them to accomplish that in a timely manner.

It might be a decent place to just walk in and buy items they have in stock, but their repair and reception services are awful and I wouldn't recommend placing any dependence or faith on either to be professional.

Came in to the shop Today to see if they could take my bottle jack apart. I was impressed to see as soon as I walked in, that it was ran by woman, but they know their stuff, and did one hell of a job at an unbeatable price, what else can I say. Overall I left satisfied and will defiantly come back again if I need a new Jack.

These girls that answer the phone there are really not very smart nor do they pay attention when your explaining what you need! Very poor service, too many excuses and parts that I ordered never arrived nor did they bother to call and tell me anything. Someone buy these girls Hooked on Phonics and send them out to get educated in customer service. Will never order from this company again, nor do I recommend this company to anyone. Don’t waste your time or better, DONT let them waste your time!!
