Brandon (In the Groove) is not only an industry-leading high end audio consultant - he's a stand up guy who genuinely cares about his clients and makes sure they walk away with best-in-class gear for their specific use case. Brandon worked meticulously to ensure the ATC SCM 19s I bought from him were paired with the right amp, cables, and stands - going as far as to help me position them optimally within my studio.

In addition, I was lucky enough to hear a private demo of Brandon's newly minted flagship speaker The Beck. What your eyes see - (a midsize cabinet) - and what your ears hear (dynamic full body sound) - does not compute. The soundstage was massive and the detail was out of this world. We listened to a range of music - electronic/acoustic/vocals/rock - and the uber-wide dispersion, low distortion, and effortlessly deep bass extension had me giggling from the ridiculousness of it all.

Simply put, work with Brandon if you want to get hooked up with world class audio gear (and great stories and laughs along the way).

You’re in for a personalized and very professional experience with Brandon and In The Groove. He’s guided me to upgrades in my system that reveal fresh dimensions in familiar recordings. I’m a newbie to serious digital audio and on a relatively modest budget. Brandon’s been endlessly patient, setting me up with a pair of overachieving Spendor A2s and getting me comfortable with Tidal, Roon and an Innous Zen Mini Mk3. Highly recommended!

I can not say enough good about Brandon. I was facing some big challenges with a location move and equipment upgrade. In the groove is a great store. Brandon is very knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my needs. Got me into a great 2 channel Ascendo Immersive Audio setup. Two passive 12” monitors and a 18” active subwoofer. Trinnov processor and a bricasti steamer. I am very pleased with my purchase. I recommend anyone looking for quality hifi audio go see in the groove.
